“I went in on Sunday to get some Christmas sweaters ! All the ones that I loved in the flyer booklet! I bought three out of the four that I wanted. A young friendly Hispanic girl helped me out from the sales floor to the change room excellent service! She even brought other items to try on. However, her name is not on my receipt for helping me out. The cashier, Tiffany rang me through also very helpful . I brought in my booklet that had coupons in it however, it expired to my disappoint, so I asked if she could please honour the online prices she did. I always recommend this store to anyone I know because of the great service, friendly team, and great follow up on the customers. The product is trendy, plus its styles you can wear all the time. To get the coupon you must sign up for their emails.”

The staff is lovely and always willing to help and suggest outfits depending on what you are looking for. This store is a hidden gem. You won't be disappointed.”

“Best shopping experience ever! The clothes are all in extremely good condition, and the shop has an overall feel of having been carefully curated. Reva and Sally worked incredibly hard, and spent hours with us... looking through their pieces to find what we liked and what made us look great. Will definitely be back next time I'm in KW!”
“I love the little Fairview store, it's smaller than alot of others, but the sales people are so helpful and always very excited about their inventory and what's coming up on their calendar of events for their Northern Friends card holders.My faviour item I look forward to every year are their multiple shades in plain & front graphics , tank tops. They're nicely cut for all women that enjoy wearing a bra and don't want to worry about the straps showing. The tanks are 100% cotton and so well constructed and designed, you'll be able to wear them under a blazer or shirt jacket to business.**??I added a couple of photos but no description. They're in my Northern Reflections tank tops and long sleeve solid & graphics cupboard.Every season there're new pictures and colours to choose from. ?. This includes specialized holiday season?? tops and Canada Day selection. ? ??”

“Happened to be a big sale on at the time I went. There was a skirt which had a discount sign on it and I happen to ask someone to check if another item was on sale...ended up checking the skirt. It was NOT on sale but they honoured the discount that was posted and removed the sign.I was amazed that they honoured the discount. Wow. That's service because it was their error but owning to it like that is not anywhere to be seen these days. Great job!”
