I highly recommend Wendell Motors, Their customer service is second to none. Sean R was amazing with me, he came in on his day off to help me out, stayed late after closing twice as well. He helped me pick the most perfect vehicle and gave me a loaner vehicle I was comfortable driving while they got the vehicle ready for pick up. Shawn J is also amazing, he bent over backwards for me and threw in some amazing perks like winter tires, beautiful rims for the tires, helped me out with extra warranty and some other things. He also let me borrow his vehicle for a couple days while they were doing some touch ups to the paint protection on my car. They also picked up my vehicle from my house in a different city and then Shawn J dropped it off for me (twice) which I appreciate so much. All the staff at Wendell Motors made me feel like I was their family. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service and they have exceeded my expectations, I have never felt this way after leaving a car dealership. Oh and Greg is awesome as well. I will forever buy my vehicles at Wendell Motors. 10/10

I brought my Jeep Gladiator Rubicon to Wendell Motors for my first service appointment and was impressed by how friendly and professional all of the staff members I interacted with were. The drive-thru is extremely convenient and easily accessible from the road, and scheduling an appointment online was a breeze. I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable location to take care of their vehicle.

What an incredible disappointment my experience with this dealership was.
I made an appointment a few weeks ago to view a specific vehicle I saw online and when I arrived the vehicle wasn’t even there. The salesperson offered to show me a “comparable” vehicle instead. I was actually very interested in the one he showed me until he finally disclosed it was $10,000 over the budget I gave him. He then pressured me to finance the remaining amount which I refused to do. There was also a strange lack of transparency and clear information when I was asking for prices and options on their warranties.
After my poor experience I decided to contact management as I was quite upset and felt I had been deliberately lured in to make a better sale with the salesperson obviously knowing the vehicle I made an appointment to see wasn’t even there.
I did receive an apology from the sales manager who asked if I’d still like to see the vehicle I had originally asked to view. I said he could let me know when it arrives which he told me would be in the next day or two. Then I never heard from him again. I followed up a few days later asking if the vehicle had arrived. No response. I asked again two days later. No response. I then emailed the general manager thinking perhaps the sales manager was away. No response.
So if you’re hoping to buy a vehicle from a dealership that offers even basic customer service or any level of respect and common courtesy to their customers I assure you that your time and efforts will be better spent elsewhere.

We purchased a pre-owned vehicle in May 2024 due to a collision. We had the pleasure dealing with Alex Goad as our sales consultant. Alex was professional and honest throughout every step of the process, from beginning to end. He went above and beyond with respects to customer service and assisted us with ordering additional items needed for our new purchase (winter tires, floor mats, window tinting) which I have never experienced in the past. Alex was extremely knowledgeable with the ins/outs of our vehicle and knew every detail imaginable. When I didn’t think our experience could have been any better, we had the further pleasure of meeting with Shawn Jones for the financial / paperwork part of the process. Shawn was amazing as well. Shawn explained everything in great detail and recommended a warranty that fit our budget and our needs, while steering us away from other products that didn’t work for us. For this reason alone, I knew we were dealing with an exceptionally honest person. He would not let us leave his office until we understood every single word on every single piece of paper, no matter how many times I asked him to repeat himself, and explain it again. Shawn was very easy going and never pressured us, or made us feel rushed at any point of the process. Both Alex and Shawn were flexible in meeting with us during evening hours outside of their normal work schedule despite the long days they are both exposed to on a regular basis.
As a result of everything mentioned above, we purchased a second pre-owned vehicle 2 months later in July 2024. We look forward to recommending Wendell Motors, Alex Goad and Shawn Jones to friends and family in the near future. Absolute 5-Star service and experience.

My car looks beautiful. You would never know there had been an accident. The work done was exceptional. It did take a week longer than expected due to parts. Understandable but it would have been nice to get a call about the delays vs having to constantly reach out and ask.

I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wendell Motors. Peter had previously sold us a different jeep and we were very happy with his service during the sale. This time was no different. What I like the best was his no pressure sales tactics, he made us feel like comfortable and confident in our decision to purchase this vehicle. The whole process was easy and not stressful in the least. Shawn helped us with financing and presented all the warranty options without being pushy! There were a couple of small issues with the vehicle itself, but when I brought them to the attention of the team at Wendell Motors they were handled quickly and efficiently.

We had our truck in for a high beam that wasn't working. The issue turned out to be much more complex than expected. Mark (the Service Manager), Jeannine (the Service Advisor) and Mark (the Technician) went above and beyond in getting our truck back to us. This included trying to find a replacement part for something that Dodge no longer makes, to sending out the existing part to get it rebuilt and doing a thorough check to make sure everything worked after the rebuild. We just picked up our minivan today from the body shop. The work quality is very good , unfortunately there was so much dust in the minivan interior. They never cleaned it properly .I don’t know if they had the windows down when they were working on it. When I was inspecting my interior I saw some minor scratches that were caused by removing or putting the plastic panel interior. It’s unfortunate because the minivan has less the 5,000 miles on it.
