I experienced today racism at Walmart with me and my family. At the self-checkout I was told to send kids outside and wait and when I asked about why? And is there a policy anything written then the Walmart lady manager told me I needed to come alone to Walmart and not with family. The rude behaviour of Walmart Center is ridiculous and the tone was racist. I hope Walmart improves its process and has customer obsession.

Do not buy from this location, they are just looking to find useless excuses for returns, while other location of Walmart are way more easy to return the products. Never purchasing anything from this location.

Barely organized chaos - the shelves are a mess and nothing is aligned. Their seasonal section is ahead one holiday out of laziness and the whole place is dirty. On top of that, the staff are undisciplined and disorderly.

I am writing this review for Jinal. I was in today and she was very helpful in understanding my concern, processing the return and advising me on the product. She was done at 7, still she waited to help me past 7.

I am referring to the pharmacy department specifically. Nobody ever picks up their phone and almost always ends up coming back for prescriptions another day because “they’re not ready”. Well, duh? If you guys picked up your phone, you will be able to get it ready then! I live quite a drive so it’s such an inconvenience. Will be going on a different pharmacy for sure. This has happened multiple times recently. It used to be good, not sure why its such bad service now.

Bunch of liars. At first they will ask you buy extra protection plan and when you try to return the product, they will ask you to contact the manufacturer. Theives just wants to steal the money.

Disastrous experience.
They don't honour their own flyer prices frequently.
Customer Service and the Manager are callous and non-supportive in multiple situations.
The staff is arrogant and lacks service skills and the Managers too add to the trauma.
U have to be careful about return policy as these days each item has different return policy instead of uniform process.

Train your staff to better!!! No one knows anything or can provide accurate information. It's a complete joke asking for any sort of direction in there. Your male staff member in the beauty and fragrance area today Sept 20/2024 - 3:30pm continuously sent us to a different area near the body wash when we asked him for a specific spray. After this ridiculous employee finally decides to look up the fragrance, it was in his section all along. Not even an I'm sorry I was mistaken or anything. Just an "oh" after he kept sending us to the same area over and over along with telling him for sure it was not there. Absolutely freaking ridiculous!!

Pjs or Nightgowns in this store or sunrise centre. Was told nothing when getting some in.
Unacceptable.

I recently went to walmart for buying groceries. A girl named NIDHI working at the self checkout made faces and told her coworker to hover around us. I just bought 2 items it was clearly scanned and paid but she kept on telling her coworker to keep a watch. I didnot feel comfortable at all and was highly offended in front of the other customers. Just wanted to let you know not all customers are thieves so no need to make faces for just two items. Walmart is well known for customer service as it is mentioned in the employee handbook . Atleast keep a smile on your face when dealing with customers. Highly disappointed by Nidhi at self checkout.

Store management is good at deceiving customers with incorrect shelf prices. Talk to a manager or supervisor who are great at arguing with customers instead of taking action to provide better customer service experience.

I went in last month with my two kids after the splash pad. My son who has special needs and sensory issues didn’t want to wear his wet shirt and the manager came over to us on the way out and started yelling and harassing me about him not wearing a shirt. When I said I wanted to speak to the manager she said she was and I couldn’t do anything. I called Walmart but they never got back to me.
