Can never get in touch with them, had a prescription transferred in with two refills somewhere along the way I lost a refill. Was told only one refill was sent, I called the other pharmacy and there were two refills sent. Keep an eye on your repeats!

Every time I go to this pharmacy the pharmacist remembers me by name and It amazes me every time. I think he is the best pharmacist in the city, he makes you feel like he genuinely cares for you and his business ethics back that up 100%. We need more people like this man in Kitchener.

Salah is probably one of the nicest people u have ever met. I have never had a pharmacy treat me so well. Salah has been an amazing pharmacist and a freind to me.

Ive known Sala for yrs. And i wouldnt go to another pharm. sala has gone above and beyond helping me. Hes more a friend than a pharmacist.

I went there to get my friend something for her nasal congestion. It wasn't a horrible experience but there wasn't much to choose from. A bigger selection would be better for them

I have been going to this pharmacy since it first opened back in 2014, and I feel kind of bad that I have never left a review! The owner/pharmacist, Salah, is the most kindest, knowledgeable, professional, sweetest man I've ever had the privilege of knowing and having as a pharmacist. So many times over the years he has gone WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what he needed to in order to provide the best pharmaceutical services possible. He treats every one of his patients the same, first timer or return. This pharmacy is so great, that I even drive here from Listowel regularly for all my prescriptions. It really is an awesome place, as it's 5 star rating speaks to. You will be in great hands coming here.

My mom had a liver transplant, failing kidneys, is diabetic and has high blood pressure and is taking a lot of medications. Her previous pharmacy closed down and since she lives on the same street as Victoria Hills Pharmacy, she started using them. Best decision that she ever made. The nicest, kindest pharmacist that we have ever met. He makes sure that she always has her meds on time and even calls her doctor when in doubt that something should be switched up. We are so grateful for his service.
