They have a great selection of books but prices have really gone up, items that were a few dollars last year are now way overpriced. I rather go to a mission store than value village.

Nice items at cheaper price

Good layout and lots of selection, but staff are extremely unhelpful, from having no proper cash registers open to the self checkout asking me the same 2 questions 3 times over, this store is the embodiment of overpriced "do-it-yourself"

Value village has become a horrible place to shop. Clothing is over priced for the condition it is in, there are no fitting rooms to try something on before using the self checkout, and to top it all off you can’t return it if it doesn’t fit which you won’t know till you buy it. Ridiculous for a store that runs off of donations. Would recommend you don’t waste your time here.

Value? The popularity really got to their headd eh? I've seen sweaters priced at $30 in this place. This used to be a great place to go grab a new wardrobe for yourself for <$50 but the corporation got wayyyyy too greedy. Their CEO banks +20M/yr and while everyone thinks they're doing a good thing shopping here, they make minimal donations to community groups, just enough to maintain their "non-profit" status... Overall this is just a sham company that our government allows to operate through shady technicalities... Did I mention that non-profit organizations have tax free status??

Not as expected. Some items are great, but some are more than they should be.

Prices were terrible. Broken things for $6 or higher. Clothing forget about it. Your paying more for used then new and no change rooms since they used covid as an excuse to charge more and do worse. Bring your money elsewhere.

Store was absolutely trashed, product all over the floor. Major tripping hazard and weird stuff. Donation center was pretty good though

This is a next level VV. Unlike the dingy basement looking dimly lit Toronto VVs, this one is an Allstar! Clean. Bright. Tall ceilings. Yo TO take a clue.
