My experience with Valet car wash is good so far.
Only rare cases i have observed water spots.
It's also depends on the our car paint and coating. So can't blame them.

Valet Car Wash impressed me with their machine washing service. My car looked spotless! Their unlimited wash plans are a great value, especially after using a lower tier package for a while. I highly recommend them for car washing in Kitchener.

The car didn't come out clean. It wasn't very dirty in the first place but I thought a bit of a polish would look nice. You can see grime and residue left after a trip through.
Not sure if something needed to be cleaned out in the system that day, or if the water wasn't hot enough, but I've never seen this result after a trip through a car wash before.

Be aware! If you don't want to get your car damaged I suggest you don't wash it here. Today I went through their car wash and the last brash ripped off my car back bumper. When I went in to talk to the manager he started with saying that's not possible, their brashes are so soft that's not possible. Also he was saying that it was damaged somewhere else. I asked him if you have security cameras we can confirm it. He then got the footage of the car on his computer and see me coming in and he could clearly see that the car wasn't damaged. He still continued to be defensive and refused to do anything regarding the damage. He was saying we have other trucks coming through and they are fine and gave me some nonsense explanations. Based on other reviews you can see that this type of damages are happening here. So be aware of it.
