severely overpriced, the place reminds us of a second hand shop with inflated pricing, all the small things that they sell can be purchased on AMAZON or at HOMESENSE for %50 to %75 less.

Cheyenne has gone above and beyond to verify inventory for sale items I am purchasing - she has kept me apprised including email follow ups for timely product information. Love coming into the store when Cheynne is working!!!
Bailey not only has a great team - but is an outstanding store manager. She personifies the culture and customer experience that is unique and hard to find with competitors. Bailey is accommodating and makes it effortless for the customer - even with undecided customers like me who change their mind.

The Urban Barn at the Boardwalk is one of my favorite locations to visit. It is impeccably styled and I always have a positive experience with Emily. We just finished a design consultation where she gave me ideas on how to liven up a hallway using art/decor found in the store. Would highly recommend this service!

I went to the urban Barn in Waterloo 2 days apart and I was treated very well.On the 21st of July I bought a beautiful clock . And then on the 23rd of July I went back and got some other beautiful things for my house. I just want to say thank you to the two young ladies that helped me out. And for all the staff that work there they are very pleasant and helpful. I love shopping at Urban barns they have the most beautiful things.

I wanted to send a huge shout out to Emily for giving me an excellent customer experience, and going out of her way to help me! There was an item that I really wanted but it was sold out both at the Kitchener location as well as other local locations, and was also unavailable online! That being said, Emily went out of her way and was able to reserve one for me at a further location that had it and made sure that I got it! She was very nice and friendly, and went above and beyond! I appreciate what you did for me Emily, thank you :)

I am very happy with the purchase of my print from Urban Barn. I always love going into their stores. They are so beautifully laid out and it gives me great decorating ideas. The staff is always so friendly and courteous. That also keeps me coming back. Thank you Urban Barn.
