I recently visited for exhaust and oil change services and, as always, chose Total Quartz for their knowledgeable technicians and clear explanations of any issues in simple terms. A standout aspect of my experience is the manager, Shubha, who is exceptionally courteous and demonstrates a high level of expertise. Thank you for the consistently excellent service!

This isn't my first time visiting Total Quartz, and the customer service has always been excellent. Renny, at the front desk, was friendly, thorough, and clear in explaining everything about my vehicle. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, as the pricing was transparent, and future service recommendations were clearly outlined. I will definitely be back!

I’m from downtown Toronto and I had a bit of car troubles while working in kitchener. I brought my car to them at about lunch time worried that I wouldn’t be able to make it back downtown (home) after work thinking the shop would close before they got around to fixing it . But they managed to get the parts ( ignition coil 2 ) + new spark plugs as my car was misfiring . They fixed it JUST BEFORE they closed up shop for the day and I was able to drive home and get stuck in horrid traffic but non the less ! They fixed my baby and it runs great ?

We've been to Total Quartz a number of times now and we've always been happy with the service, their expertise, their willingness to discuss options, quotes, future potential fixes, things to keep an eye on. I've been really pleased each time I've gone and don't feel they're taking advantage of me as I've never lost my breath when handed a bill. I'll continue to take our vehicle there.

Took my car to a different garage to have my winter tires put on & left with a list of suggested repairs totaling around $1700, came into Total Quartz to get a second opinion & only ended up paying for the half hour of labor it took them to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car ( I actually had to insist they charge me for the labor). They obviously care about their reputation & I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on.
Update: I have continued to use Total Quartz over the last 12 months & have had nothing but positive experiences, if you don't want to feel a like you're paying for potentially unnecessary repairs bring your car here.
Update Sept 2024: I have continued to get my car serviced here over the last 3 years & have continued to have the same positive experiences.

There is an annoying little guy at front desk who constantly upsells you & is indignant when you refuse him; they do an amazing job, we have to give them credit for that; if only the little man with glasses in front would make himself scarce, it would be a 5-star experience for sure.
