I went to get size exchange for my shoes and it wasn’t available there in the size I wanted, so I told a brown lady to check if you guys have it online and order it for me, she said no we don’t have the size I wanted and offered me to get refund. However, I saw them available online but I wasn’t sure so I took my refund after that I checked online and my size was available thank god I was there in a store when I checked as soon as I went back there, that lady ran away so I had to talk to manager about this and he said yea it is available, however he refused to accept her mistake and blame it on me that it might be a communication mistake that she has told you it’s not available here in store like bro come on apart from accepting a mistake you guys blame it on me, I asked her twice that if she can check Whether it’s available online and she can order it for me. I don’t know why they behave like this when they see their own kind. Totally disappointed. You guys can do better. appreciate the other guy’s help afterwards with the same order as well as matching the price.

i ordered a women bag for my wife birthday gift they cancelled my order without my information no email no phone call i kept waiting for it customer service says it is out of stock .should not they inform me.
