Zach was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. As first-time home buyers we had tons of questions, Zach was super helpful and walked us through everything and was always available to answer our calls or emails. Chelsea and Zach had an unpaid account with me that they stupidly decided not to pay. Consequently they were sued in Small Claims Court (SC-22-849) and on June 5, 2024 I was awarded a judgment. They were then forced to pay and Chelsea did just that in front of the Judge. Pretty pathetic that I had to go this route with someone in the financial industry. Unhinged actually.
