I visited the branch to convert $40 into $2 coins. The bank teller made two errors. #1 they gave me an Italian coin (500 Lire) which looked like a Canadian $2 coin. #2 they gave me the incorrect amount of $2 coins, I ended up paying $50 for 20 $2 coins ($40 value).
