These people continuously gave me wrong information concerning my $300 “Welcome to Canada” offer. They take zero accountability for their mistakes and are just plain mediocre in every sense. Customer service is piss poor too.

Bad experience today with the front desk service at this branch . they don't know the meaning of time and how to treat well with clients.
