I've been a client of Spark Pharmacy for over two years, and I've consistently experienced excellent customer relations. They diligently monitor my prescriptions, take the time to educate me about potential side effects, and advise me on when to contact them or my GP. Their responsiveness and accessibility across various communication channels are commendable. Once, when I was delayed in requesting a refill that needed a new prescription, they efficiently resolved the issue within one business day, surprising me with their promptness. I truly value their exceptional service.

Mr Jignesh Patel is a wonderful pharmacist! If you’re looking for a professional place to grab your prescriptions, this is the place.I’ve known Mr Patel for about 3/4years now, and I can truly say I’ve never had a problem once. Not only does he keep his place CLEAN and organized, but he does his job with a smile on his face. I find a lot of pharmacists/people who do any type of business these days don’t even smile, to me that’s a big thing when looking for good service, positive attitude.I appreciate the years of service you have done for me and our community. Thank you Jignesh, you’re the best!!!

I don’t understand why people would go so far out of their way to disparage a reputable pharmacy and pharmacist without even stepping foot inside. My wife and I have been with Spark since it opened. We left a big box pharmacy for the smaller Spark pharmacy. We love the intimacy of Spark as Jay takes the time to understand our health needs, goes out of his way to find hard to get prescriptions, follows up with doctors and specialists to ensure we get the right medication and on time, and always treats us with the upmost respect. The accusations brought forth by the last three disparaging reviews are ridiculous and unfounded. Jay has a background in addiction services as a pharmacist and would treat any patient with respect and courteous service. He does not differentiate between “type 1 or 2 methadone patients”. He has gone out if his way to try and help the OATC offering physically to staff their abruptly closed pharmacy or deliver the doses directly to the clinic. The reality is that Spark pharmacy does not have the physical space to accommodate OATC patients on-site nor a washroom for said patients. There are only 2 small chairs crammed in a corner and one at the front entrance. No one else would be able to walk in to access the pharmacy if all were full.I don’t know where these vicious rumours started based on here say and fallacy. Spark pharmacy has been going out of their way to try and accommodate OATC by requesting they approve the vacated pharmacy for his use or offering to deliver the patient doses directly to the clinic. This is actually a better service than having patients come to a small pharmacy and lining up in a hallway without access to a public washroom.

Listen you last two review people. I have never been to this Spark pharmacy, but I can tell you exactly what that pharmacist is feeling and you won't like the harsh reality but this is what it is....That pharmacist wants to maintain a professional atmosphere for his most mature, loyal and respectful customers, even if they are only a one time customer passing through town with a prescription from a hospital. There are two kinds of methadone patients. #1 - The regular, nice, decently dressed, patient methadone user who shows up, drinks the medicine, says "have a good day" and politely leaves. #2 - the often skinny looking, sick faced, sores, poorly dressed, hunched over with eyes barely open, nose running and angry, rude, impatient and just looks bad for the pharmacy in general. This pharmacist immensely dislikes the #2..why? Because they don't match his other typical respected clients...they make the place look bad (in his eyes, not mine), he truly cannot stand those ruggid looking users who never change and always seem to be on the program and can't even keep their eyes open.Makes sense right? Think about it...pretend for a moment that all of Spark's pharmacy patients acted like #2 methadone user...then this pharmacist would not care because they would blend in.The cold harsh truth is, and even this pharmacist would never admit it, but deep down...he cannot stand the (for lack of better words) the decaying, repetitively sick, unmotivated, homeless looking, gaunt, members of society flocking into his pharmacy like zombies.I bet when he is servicing a nice kind man or woman, he is so embarrassed when one of the #2 methadone users come in. It's only logical, he does not want to lose gold to bronze.....Please note, I wish all those suffering from addiction well, even the #2 Methadone users.I just wanted to say the truth without sugar-coated excuses. It hurts people at first, but it's better to deal with harsh truth than a comforting lie.

brenda is that all true? my apologies to all those at OATC suffering by the judgement of this pharmacist with a black heart. wow my god im almost 64 years old I'm so glad I've had the same pharmacist since 2001 I cannot believe a pharmacist can just choose to wash his hands clean of certain patients just cause they are taking methadone or subscribe or whatever else I bet that pharmacist drives home in a nice car (partially paid for by years of not just regular patient dispense fees but even addicted methadone users money who have paid for years)this is just an example of how certain pharmacists only have a heart and open arms for only patients who don't make mistakes or try to fix their life with methadone. brenda at the end of the day you can not make a non-caring pharmacist start to care. money and patients..is the main goal. You are correct though, he only seems to want to the easy happy go lucky people instead of helping a true patient in emotional and physical pain.. ID RATHER SAVE ONE SEVERELY HURTING ADDICT THAN 200 regular patients filling out prescriptions for arthritisI too have lost respect for that pharmacist if he is turning away all methadone prescriptions. God will give home what he deserves, it is not up to us to get revenge. God will get revenge for usIm so glad I've had the same dPharmacy for 23 years. You can't replace good hearted pharmacists. Sorry to all those at OATC who are suffering

I recently switched to this pharmacy from Shoppers, due to this place being closer to home, and, I must say that I am pleasantly surprised with the high quality of service and professionalism that myself, and my family, have received from Spark Pharmacy.
