Last Saturday I went to the Shoeper store, I was wanting to purchase my first pair of Bluntstones. Angela was so incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Fantastic customer service, will definitely shop there again.

I have shopped here on multiple occasions, mostly for shoes for my two sons. I have always had friendly, knowledgeable persons helping, who have always been great with my kids.
The customer service I receive will have me coming back for our future footwear needs.

I recently bought my first pair of birkenstocks here. I took them back before my week was up and asked for assistance in sizing in case I bought wrong. The employee assisted and helped me figure out my size in this brand, and exchanged them for the smaller size. I will for sure return to this store to purchase shoes in the future.

I recently visited the store and was impressed by their extensive collection of running shoe. Despite feeling a bit unsure, Emy, one of the employees, provided exceptional assistance in helping me find the perfect pair. She mentioned Brooks and Asics in detail. Her extensive knowledge of all the brands was evident, and she was delightful to converse with. Shoeper has great staff and shoe collection. I would definitely recommend this place for their customer service.
