We have been shopping there for many years. Their customer service is next to none. This is very rare these days. These people always look after us so well and are very professional. They deserve a congratulations.

Angela helped me both over the phone and in person at the store and was fantastic. She was super helpful assisting me buy my first pair of blundstones and was so nice to talk too. I took a decent amount of time to decide when trying on different sizes, and at no point did I ever feel rushed or pressured. From the moment I walked in -to the moment I stepped out, customer service was exemplary. Great store, more people should know about it and come here.

Large selection of leisure, work, and recreation footwear. The sticker price is higher than normal retail. I try shoes on here and order online. Staff are not the most helpful.

I was there today and no one offered to help me. The female staff were talking in another language to each other. It was so loud, rude and disrespectful to customers. We have no idea what they are saying. If this is what customer service is I will never be back.

Needed help finding my size and not one of the 5 employees offered me help or even bothered to say hi. Then I tripped over a cart someone had left out, hurt my hand catching my fall and left without even trying on a pair. Boxes ever where store is a mess, don't think I'll bother shopping there ever again.
