They wouldn't even let us in the store until someone was free, it was cold outside and I asked if we could wait inside while we wait and was told no. Completely ridiculous and a bad way to treat your customers. We were at 2 other Rogers locations same day that let us in while we waited. Won't go here again...

Tried to return my phone employee said if I wasn't doing a hardware upgrade I would have to send it in which is a lie because it's a corporate store extremely disappointing when I do an upgrade which I will in the future for my 3 cell phones I will not go there
