The first time there, it was amazing, drove from Toronto to Kitchener, just to get chicken fritters that they are known for, but were sold out, but the other selection of frozen products great value and surprisingly well priced, not expensive and great quantity and quality, will definitely be going back and hopefully the chicken fritters will be in stock, of course I'll check first before heading out that way.

We bought a AAA prime rib last weekend and I wasn’t impressed. For the price this really wasn’t worth it. It had lots of sinew and gristle in it. I could hardly cut it with all that in it. I doubt we will going back. I have had better from Zehrs for half the price.

Went for the "McDonalds chicken nuggets" but they didn't even have any. Kind of a troll in all honesty. But they have a bunch of other nice items. Store is busy and staff is friendly.

This is a great local store. Fairly clean, friendly staff, great product selection. Only negative thing I can think off is that if you purchase an item and it come with a coupon or discount code. They will not accept it or apply it. So~ take your coupon to another store ?

The staff here are always super helpful and friendly.Always have lots of great deals on just about everything.The options are pretty crazy for meats and sides, even dessert choices are different and delicious.You gotta check this place out!

The service has always been great. They have a good selection of meats fresh and frozen. Their frozen fruits and vegetables are extensive. Our favourite items are the free range turkeys. The taste, tenderness is well worth the cost.

Freezers were not working properly, and everything was starting to thaw. A strange guy with no neck who I assume was a manager got very rude and waved his hand directly in my face while I was shopping. Accused me of "breaking stuff" even though he really meant 'close the freezer door'. Never going back there. Abusive behavior is bad enough, but I damn well won't risk food poisoning.

Fantastic selection. They will do custom cuts for you. Staff are friendly and helpful. Quality of beef not as good as what I get from my local butcher shop but prices are way better.

A great selection of frozen meats. I come in specifically for marrowbones for my dog, and I love that they have a corner just for pets.Pricing has doubled for some things recently though. In 3 months the cost of marrowbones went from $6 to 9 to $12 so I started going elsewhere for my dog, but I still like the selection they have for regular meats. They have you BBQ season ready.

If you want top quality meats this is your place to go.. prices are fair especially for what you get compared to other stores selling similar items. It's always better to support business like this opposed to bigger box stores such as your local grocery stores.. plus Robert is always easy to deal with.

Robert's meats has amazing deals. I have not been there in years, I forgot how many good deals they have. I stocked my freezer today, spent 300$ for about 500$ worth of food. They always have the basics and they sprinkle in the hard to find.

I love this store. The sale items are worth the trip (a few h away) and I have come to really enjoy a lot of the frozen options as well.

Long weekend, looking to go buy meat (ribs) to smoke on smoker. Most butcher shops closed. Roberts Boxed Meats- OPEN. First time going there. Place is set up GREAT. As you walk in, frozen section clearly laid out. Fresh section also very easy to navigate. The best part about it was the one male employee (im guessing a butcher) was coming out and dealing with patrons. Store was busy but he took the time to ask if we needed help. I asked about ribs and he actually looked excited and helped me select exactly what I needed. I have taken the “silver skin” off numerous times before, yet he explained his trick, which WORKED and cut lots of frustrating time off my prep.Would I shop there again?-I will ALWAYS shop there from NOW ON! Thank you to all the store employees, even though it was busy. They ALL were kind and helpful!
