Always such a pleasure shopping at Rickis at the Boardwalk. They are always so warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. I always have an enjoyable shopping experience there.

My favourite store in the Waterloo area is the Boardwalk! Everyone is so knowledgeable, so friendly and know how to treat customers! Their service is what keeps me coming back and referring my friends to that location! Well done ladies!!

I've been a Rickis customer since the 90's and when I asked about redeeming my points I was told I didn't have a card associated with my phone number I was floored by that. I believe I will never shop there again.

Friendly staff but was disappointed with the item I wanted to purchase as I was made aware that the store is now both Rick's and cleo. I had a $10 gift to spend at Rick's. The item I picked up wasn't Rick's but cleo, which was confusing because nowhere in the store is it pointing out that. Also I could only use the $10 gift to purchase an item that is only Rick's. Misleading customers.

Originally I purchased the longer camel coloured winter coat in a medium. At home when trying it on, I decided that I preferred the salute colour ( navy) and a smaller size. The assistant manager was a great help with return and ordered me the small as none left in store. Very pleasant and helpful sales staff in the Boardwalk store. Happy with colour and quality of coat. The coat was on sale for 40% off - what a bonus.

I always feel welcome and looked after when I visit this location. Whether I'm casually browsing, or trying on a dozen pairs of pants/capris, they're always friendly and accomodating. I love the addition of Cleo styles, they mix and match well with my trusted Ricki's favourites!
