I am from Guelph and had a meeting in Kitchener. I had some time to stop by Ricki's Cleo - Sunrise Shopping Centre to buy a few things. The store was fantastic, with great deals and a very professional and wonderful staff. In particular, one of the sales associates named Iman was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted me greatly in choosing many beautiful clothes. Her professional demeanor, beautiful smile, and pleasant conversation encouraged me to buy more items. Additionally, her explanations of the store's promotions were very helpful. I will definitely return to your store in Kitchener for future purchases. Thank you for hiring such competent employees, and thank you, Iman.

Bad Customer Service. I purchased a trouser from Ricki’s Waterloo store last month and when I wore it, it had a manufacturing defect. Although I was a Ricki’s member, the Customer Service Representative outright told me that she was unable to look up my previous purchases on her system when I provided my cell phone number to her which is incorrect as Ricki’s Waterloo was able to retrieve my past purchase information based on my phone number. Anyway two of their staff told me that I won’t be able to exchange the faulty trouser as I didn’t have a receipt and said that their policy had changed one or two months back which again did not make sense as I had returned a trouser which had the hem come off from the bottom in May at the Waterloo store even without providing a receipt. Anyway I ended up going to the Store Waterloo store the same day and got the exchange done. The Customer service was poor at both the stores.

I'm not a fan of this location. I've been there a few times. Stuff aren't helpful, they don't approach you. If you need assistance with something you have to ask for help. Last time I was there I stood at the back waiting to go into a change room patiently. After no one coming I just left and went to the one on ireneedles.

I didn't notice it was near closing, and the staff still went out of their way to help me and even ordered a hold on an item at another store. Fantastic service and lovely clothes at this store.

There was only one person helping everyone and it was busy but she did a terrific job! I must mention she was dressed very lovely as well!

Great help for returns and pickups for online orders store is crowded now split with Cleo/ Ricki’s not as nice as the stand alone Cleo’s

I ordered 5 Tees in the same size I currently have, previously bought from Ricki's. THREE were HUGE one was OK. I went to the store to return and try to get other sizes. Of the 4 I was able to get one.Sizes not as advertised. Happy with the 2 I bought though!

Visited Ricki's Cleo store at Sunrise Shopping Center in Kitchener December 13th to return a 2 items bought on line. I didn't have the original receipt but with emails, I had no issues returning it.Then, I was looking for a sparkly something. And with the assistance and advice from one of the store assistant(manager maybe) I bought the perfect skirt!!Thank you for your help!! ( sorry I didn't get your name) but you were a great help!!
