I want to thank and compliment Crissy from Rens Victoria St
She noticed me bewildered by all the choices for dog food.
Crissy patiently explained to me with a great depth of knowledge on each product and helped me make informed decisions on the best choices for my dogs.
My two fussy, spoiled pets have really enjoyed the delicious variety of healthy food.
Also, her tip about not leaving the food in the can after opening is bang on and so obvious but we had never thought of it. It does make a difference!

Absolutely the best pet supply store I have been to in KW. The staff are all so helpful and friendly. It is not easy working in a retail enviorment but they do it with a smile. Thank you to all staff, you always make me and my furkids, Kallie, Gizmo and Luke the barking aussie, feel very welcomed. Great job ladies, much appreciated.

Tip: get on their rewards system and mailing list, and license your pet with the city, you'll get gift certificates.

If I could give them NO stars I would. Ren’s has stolen $175.46 from my roommate. Ren’s double charged my roommate after being incompetent and unable to print off the receipt for the first transaction. Why the cashiers couldn’t do their job and print off the receipt is a good question that will never be answered. The cashier assumed that the transaction didn’t go through because they were unable to print the receipt. So they did a second transaction and finally printed the receipt. My roommate checked his bank account while still in the parking lot at ren’s and saw the 2 transactions. He went back into ren’s and told them he was charged twice. REN’s cashier then proceeded to tell him he had to go to his financial institution to get his money back. Since when do businesses not return the money. It’s simple do a reversal and return the money to his debit card. Nope not ren’s they keep telling us to get the money from their mistake back from the bank. The Credit Union says ren’s has to return the money. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shopping at ren’s nor will I ever go back. Unbelievable how poorly ren’s treats their customers. Shame on ren’s!!!!!

I have to say the transformation of this store is incredible. We have been going for a few years, I won't comment on how it used to be but now the service is best you can get. The staff is amazing!!

This is the best pet store in kw!! To the two ladies that helped me find a proper harness for my injured dog, on Friday last week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I’m hoping you will both see this and comment so I have the correct names! You guys are the absolute best!!!! Thank you for always going above and beyond to help a customer in need!! ? We love Ren’s but we love the employees even more ??
