Popped in today for my Sunday afternoon groceries. Upon checking out at the cash register each line was a minimum 4 deep. There were multiple cash registers that weren’t even open. After paying the insane prices that grocery stores are charging to have to wait 15 plus minutes just to put my groceries on the belt to check out is absurd (especially on one of the busiest days of the week and times of day). I attempted to call in to speak to a manager (while waiting in line, as this is not the first nor second time this has happened)nobody bothered to answer the phone (this is not surprising given they don’t staff their tills).

No prices posted, wrong prices posted, produce that cashier's can't recognize or find in their inventory lists so who knows what you actually should be paying...regularly move things so you're spending more time wandering, often seems quite illogical and disorganized - definitely seem to be gouging us on various items with frequent price increases lately that surely appear excessive - keep your eye out and shop around if you're able... Not sure they're many good options left elsewhere either unfortunately since Weston's owns so many of our grocery stores these days

We ordered a cake from Taylor for our daughters baptism. It was very good and we were very pleased with the presentation of the cake and the taste was very delicious airy and smooth and all our guests loved it.

I was told i could get cash back at the smoke and lotto at the superstore. This was not accurate. I was then subsequently told i needed to make an additional purchase to get cash back by customer service. Extremely dissatisfied with this communication breakdown. I was forced to go elsewhere to be served...what a waste of my time and original purchase. Apperently customer service needs more training on seeing the loyalty and value in their customers. Superstore please let me know if there is a quality reason why my cashback request was not honoured as i would be glad to change this feedback.

Real bad customer service very mean. I asked if they had something in stock they took 10 minutes to reply back to me. And when he did he kept of say HELOO HELLO HELLO YOU THERE!. I heard but I realized my mic was on mute, but it was for only 2 seconds and this guy started yelling at me, I feel like he should be fired. Do not go to this store

Great place to shop. Clean and well-stocked. Cashiers are always quick to ad-match and honour coupons. I tried ad-matching the other day, and the cashier told me that what I was trying to ad-match was already at a cheaper price at their store. The people who work here are fantastic!

I was at this store's location and I had a few questions regarding exchanges and refunds, and wondering if I could put an item on hold. The cashier was extremely rude and gave me a very hard time. It made me quite sad to see this unkindness from a stranger. I really wanted to report her but I held my frustration. Please treat others with kindness.

Shopped there today after about a month. Very u pleasant experience. No milk or eggs. Zipp nada! Baked area half maybe less. Fruit, apples oranges only. This is summer! No peaches, pairs, nectarines or plums. Hey manager you just lost a 30 year customer.

Worst place to shop in Kitchener!!! If your mental health matters, avoid this store!!!This place has horrible customer service and not following the store policies!!! Supervisors are no better, rude to customers, raising their voice, made customer wait due to staff's mistakes, being contradicted, not respecting their store's policy - when the discount shown on the shelf is not in the system, the customer should get the product for free; instead they make the customer go to the Customer's service, get a rude response saying that you're wrong, need to wait not only for a response from the person checking the product on the shelf but for the customer service to finish with the clients in the que after you, staff changing the pricing/spot on the shelf in the meantime, saying that product was placed in the wrong spot, my fault for picking it up, finding the pathetic excuse that you cannot mix and match when the items are all discounted?!!! wow... my suggestion is if you go to this store (which I highly not recommend), to take pictures of the discounted products on the shelves as there is a culture of taking advantage of the clients and deny everything you say! God forbid that they should assume their mistakes!!! Store disorganized, dirty, horrible place to shop!!!! My family and everyone I know will not step into this store again!

If you'd like to make things right, you need to look internally and see what's going on as the disrespect and gaslighting towards the customers comes top down - A Fish Rots from the Head, But the Head Also Leads the Way...The lady supervisor that took over the rude casher at noon at the Customer's Service area on July 30th was even more dismissive and completely lacked appropriate communication skills also complaining to other customers that they were always too busy, had too much to handle...if this is the case, it needs to be voiced to the superiors not Taking It on Customers- trend that is adopted across the board in this store.

The meat quality here has decreased, but the prices have increased. The regular chicken breast are super stringy and seem to be pumped like Walmart chicken. Nasty. Loblaws hates Canadian families
