We recently purchased a hot tub from the Expo in Kitchener. We were fortunate to have Jonathan, the manager of the Kitchener store, helping us. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. He was super knowledgeable and never pressured us in any way to make a purchase. He took a lot of time guiding us find the hot tub that best fit our needs. We are so glad to be working with the long standing Kitchener store, which is close to our home. We look forward to enjoying our new hot tub!

Excellent experience!!! Met sales manager Jonathan who walked us through our purchase (Ocho Rios CS plug and play) and got us the delivery date we requested.
Upon delivery, also excellent, the tub wouldn't heat up; a call to the service department, and a technician was scheduled to come take a look. Upon his investigation, he realized the factory (Master Spas) put the wrong mother board in our unit (240v board with a 120v plug/power source). The service tech had the proper 120v board with him; 2 hours later the tub was working properly.

Ist time hot tub owner here and it has been an excellent experience. We bought at a show in Kingston and our Sales associate Dean was friendly, very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. They have a great selection of nice looking hot tubs at reasonable prices.
We didn't have a base started for it and was thrilled to learn it could be accommodated on a pea stone foundation, which I was hoping would be the case. Dean was also good at quickly answering my followup questions about site preparation.
Delivery was excellent, the people they hired were friendly and quick at unpacking and placement.
Using the chemicals and instructions provided, setup was a breeze. I live well out of town from Premium Wholesale so have been in touch by phone and email to make sure I am getting off to a good start in chemical control. They have been very friendly and helpful.
So far a great experience. And by the way,we are loving the tub!
