I recently visited the store on November 19th and encountered an issue with a product I had purchased—something that doesn’t usually happen. The store associate, Jerome, immediately stepped in to assist. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided a prompt and effective solution. I was genuinely impressed by his willingness to help and his professionalism.
Jerome is an outstanding representative of the brand, and thanks to his excellent service, I felt confident enough to make additional purchases during my visit. This is exactly how the retail experience should be—hats off to the team for delivering exceptional customer service!

Prime example of a store with a layout that is easy to navigate. I found products to look at with great ease. Although I find the products tacky and not desirable, it was easy to locate them.

Bought a pair of shoes here 6 months ago. The representative at the store recommended this pair to me. They now have a massive hole in the back of the shoe that has been causing blisters on the back of my heel every time I wear. They won’t refund me or offer me a credit because the manufacturer date says 2021. I bought them 6 months ago. Terrible customer experience.

I was in the process of buying $1500 worth of clothing and I rested the clothing on a small ladder to go grab more clothing. This women with bleached blond hair and tattoos walked up and said I can’t use the ladder and I asked if they had a cart? She replied no but they had bags at front of the store. I went and got the bags (that were way to small and she stood there watching me struggle) instead of helping me she then said “they close in 3 minutes”. I instantly abandoned trying to bag them and walked up to the cash. The store was still packed and she was only person concerned with rushing everyone out of the store as she walked around shooing everyone along. This girl doesn’t belong anywhere in retail. If there was such a thing as a “sales prevention department” she should be the manager.

Screaming at everyone that your closing in 20 mins isn’t the first thing you want to hear when you enter a store, creates such a bad customer experience and a “we won’t help you, we’re rushing you” vibe when you enter.
