Took in my 40 y.o. NAD tuner that wasn't working too well. It needed a thorough cleaning to remove 40 years of accumulated grunge. It now works like new, for what I considered to be a reasonable price.

Dave and the team have been excellent to work with for my home audio purchases. Dave always makes himself available and responds very quickly to my wants and needs. Knowledge of products is great and if there is something he is unsure of he will get the answers. I have had one warranty issue and that was taken care of with care and understanding.
