Negative experience, they assume anyone attempting to sell them a game or system is a crook until proven otherwise with ID, but that ID can only be a drivets license or ontario id card, passports military service identification no good. So go to another less rigid store .

This place is amazing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Went here when Totk dropped and they threw in a free Zelda sticker for everyone.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took the time to answer my kids questions and made them feel important. Trade in on games was surprisingly high and made for an awesome experience. Would highly recommend.

Very kind staff and very reasonable prices on games, consoles and accessories. The workers are very fun to talk to if you need recommendations or want to talk about the latest games. I highly recommend this store it's fantastic!

Microplay offers amazing customer service! Whether with my little daughter or alone, I always feel welcome. John is super professional and ready to help. The friendly vibe he brings adds to the positive atmosphere. It's a great store with a good selection of games, collectibles, and other little things. I highly recommend it.

Brought my daughter she was looking at a game employee said "don't let your kid touch the games they get all messed up"I couldn't believe this, rude and very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

John and his team are in a class and at a level of service that I have yet to see matched. They actually care about providing top level product(s) knowledge, followed by asking the right questions in order to give myself/customers what we need. I have always left the store feeling like an old friend helped me find the right console, games, electronics etc. They do their best to develop that connection and I have yet found the slightest reason to shop or call anyone else. You will never lose with Microplay.

Kid friendly. Staff is very friendly and don't hesitate to strike up a conversation. When doing a trade in, they are very detailed. Prices to games are great.

Unhelpful snippy staff, busy playing on the computer talking about social media with another staff member or friend who was behind the counter instead of asking to help customer. 5pm Thursday July 13th.
