I gave this location a 1* review during COVID when it was Lowe's. Looks like they've turned around now that they're back to Rona. Customer service was great and there were a lot of associates to ask for help. They hooked me up with a contractor account and were extremely helpful and polite.

Today my Husband and I were greeted and helped by a gentleman named Urvish Gajjar with the purchase of our new bathroom vanity, mirror, and faucet. What a phenomenal sales specialist he is. He was able to answer all our questions and went above and beyond with checking inventory, grabbing the items we wanted and walking them out to our car to help place in the trunk. This man was very appreciated! Thank you Urvish!

It's ok, not too happy with the customer service. I only shop here when I can't find stuff at Home Depot or have specific deals, otherwise it's not that great. Staff always seem not so willing to help and untrained as compared to Home Depot. I tried to look for an item and checked everywhere but could not find it while online it said there are enough items in stock. When asked a rep for help, they simply directed me towards where I had already looked twice and when I said it's not there then they just reply then it may not be in stock without even bothering to look through their system. While you'd get a totally different experience at other hardware stores, they go out of their way to provide you a proper answer - but not RONA. I have had similar multiple experiences at this location even when it was Lowe's.Even after scanning items, when it didn't scan the price on the label, the person at customer service was oblivious to the Scanner Price Accuracy Code and despite me mentioning details, they simply didn't bother to apply the code and charged me the adjusted amount from the price tag.UPDATE: Yeah, this location does not deserve a second chance. At least for when you need a price match. I was moved to 3 different checkouts saying it cannot be done and then had to go to the customer service counter. First I was told that they can only match and not beat the price by 10% if the price at other is a sale item and not their regular price. When I mentioned that was not the case in the past, the head cashier said they don't do it anymore. I pointed out to their website policy that it does not say anything like what she is saying. Then her answer changed to the amount needs to be more than $1 (which it would have been if the price beat was done). Again, the website doesn't mention any such thing. Cashiers always seem highly untrained, oblivious to company policy and often give random answers and don't want to be helpful at all.While on the other hand, people in the Paint section are always amazing and helpful. They are the reason I have given 2 stars otherwise it would drop to 1 for me.

Lack of staff and Knowledgeable is a huge issue, always has been since it was Rona. There is never no staff around as a contractor it's frustrating. They also don't deliver as it needs to go through the Cambridge store, which is absurd.Pricing is another issue. I can purchase certain products for half the price at Home Depot. This store won't last a year which is ok. Home Depot and home hardware are my go to stores!

Asked 3 people where I could find safety glasses.Got sent all over the store and literally didn't find the safety glasses.Also not one employee actually even bothered to show me.Upon seeing a pair sit at a desk, an employee said it was right there with the door handles and door knobs... Obviously not and then she proceeded to ignore us and not show us.
