Great store and great associates with the exception of one young female associate, she has no greeting skills , selectively nice to some and obviously rude to others etc….otherwise a nice store

The staff here are the best! Especially the taller fellow I keep forgetting to get his name but he is super cool and always gives me a nice compliment and it makes my day. Good selection of drinks here too considering the size of the store.

As someone who comes to this location frequently, I think it is pathetic that someone like this "Nakita" character would write a review for her own agenda, which is proof why even Google reviews are no longer a trusted source with all of the lies. If she allegedly gets her assistance from Rosa, she would know that Rosa hasn't worked at this location for nearly two months now (I would know, I miss seeing her every day!) It's apparent the "new employee" named Emily has a strong relationship with her employees, so that they feel comfortable around her, and it radiates to others. Anita helps me every single time I am at the store, makes me laugh and is super knowledgable, and has nothing but good things to say about the store and her new manager. Sounds very "abrasive & unprofessional"!I highly doubt any LCBO employee would be talking publicly on the sales floor about a private matter such as theft let alone profiling, but it does not shock me that Nakita's agenda is to push disgusting narratives in a clearly false claim. As someone who lives in the area, I have valued my trips to the LCBO even more because it is apparent that the staff and management all care, something you don't see at every store. I guess nowadays caring about the safety of customers, employees and yourself is not a showcase traits like "professionalism, empathy & people skills" - none of which Nakita seems to possess.

I never come here looking for assistance but Rosa, Tyrone & all the other associates are so warm & friendly every time I’m in store - always chatting about the items I chose & offering suggestions or making conversation about it - however there is a new employee here named Emily who was working when I came in today that I found to be abrasive & unprofessional. I was being a little picky looking for something specific in the wine section so I was in store for maybe 10 minutes, the entire time, she was very loudly talking about a customer who had just left & accusing them of theft based on their appearance. The other associates weren’t responding to her, though one did eventually, very professionally give her some pushback because what she was saying was inappropriate & she snapped back about sending them all to, “Emily’s school of loss prevention.” I understand working at this specific LCBO location might come with its specific challenges but that also calls for leadership from someone with professionalism, empathy & people skills - none of which Emily seems to possess. Disappointing addition to a team that is always in good spirits & I enjoy seeing when I’m in store - & I have worked in customer service for over 17 years so I know how rare this!
