About two weeks ago, I came into Jump+ with a MacBook issue. I had the pleasure of working with Yagna, the technician. I cannot thank him enough for helping resolve the issue with my Macbook and the rest of the team for their patience and kindness. He repaired my laptop the same day and went out of his way to ensure everything was in order before I left the store that day. From the start, he confidently answered all my questions and reassured me of any doubts I had. I'm very pleased with how my experience went at Jump+. Thank you, Yagna, Aman, and the rest of the team!

I’d give this place a 0 if I could.FIRST time in my life going to this store and last. Just needed a charger. 3 or 4 employees in the store one was dealing with a customer. The rest were screwing around.Had the doors locked @ 8:56 all I needed was a charger these customer service gurus didn’t have the decency to come to the door and apologize they just did their Indian head nods while sitting and doing their Conestoga college mid terms or whatever.I’m actually happy I was treated like this will never come to this store again.

They have the worst customer service. Without even proper diagnosis they would say “no” and the girl named Ishwariya suggested me to go to apple directly rather than them as “she thinks” apple might reject the product replacement. She took the AirPod inside and I don’t know what they will be doing with the AirPods just to reject replacement. People living in Kitchener need to visit apple. It is definitely the worst jump+ I have been too.Yes, she said no and clearly said that you go to apple directly. Apple should take authorization back from this jump+ . They just want good numbers financially ( to be in good book for apple) that they never bring up replacements. I highly recommend not to visit this JUMP+. I could see similar reviews and now can understand what they all might have gone through.

The staff is really good helps with every question and confusion. Yagna helped me with my phone and it was really good service. I would definitely recommend.

Destroyed my phone!! I regret ever walking into this store. Absolute embarrassment for apple to have this store with this many incompetent employees. I took my phone in for a simple fix, they took over 6 hours to “fix” it. Only for me to come home to a phone that never turned back on! No diversity in this store at all. Also, no one knows what they’re doing. All the employees speak Hindi with each other, along with customers. The employees play loud Indian/punjabi music that makes everyone in the store uncomfortable. Apple should really look into this because these scammers are really ruining apples name. If you have a problem with your apple product, DO NOT GO INTO THIS STORE. I’ve already advised apple of all this and hopefully they make some changes. Very very embarrassing and inconsiderate employees.
