I have been a loyal client of Greenbrook Pharmacy for over 5 years now, and in the last 6 months I have experienced nothing but issues. After yet another problem today with being told my prescription would be ready in 2 hours, arriving only to be told they didn't have what I needed, I'm finally calling it quits and will no longer be using their services.

Literally the only place i could find that would do a compound medication for my cat, which im incredibly grateful for. They work well with my vet in regards to the prescription. Also ive never had a bad interaction.

Fabulous pharmacy staff and excellent natural food store. Nick is, without a doubt, the best pharmacist I've ever had. I've heard other clients say the same things.

This is not my usual pharmacy but needed a Covid Vaccine; great experience! Quick response to my phone call, when I arrived at the pharmacy (easy to find!) facilities we accessible, staff friendly and helpful, pharmacist skilled and knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience

This is the best Pharmacy in South Western Ontario. I have been going here for a number of years. Sometimes they run out of vaccines faster than I would like but the owner is lobbying to obtain larger shipments. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Unfortunately, they deserve this rating. The customer service is not very good exactly I called there and when people talk to you like you're crazy, it makes you not have a good review for them, so unfortunately I have to give them a one on that for customer service. Generally, it's not been a bad pharmacy but on this point yet. I would never go there again.
