I would give 0 starts if it was possible.
I have had multiple very bad experiences with Gemini service department. They have terrible communication. They once picked me up in the shuttle service, I arrived to find out they hadn't even started working on my car, then they told me they didn't have enough time that day and booked me back in for several weeks in the future.
More recently, I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a warrantee issue (faulty connector with extended warrantee), they refused to cover the connector under warrantee because other adjacent parts were also damaged (because the faulty connector failed, came loose, and caused damage). The repair fee was ridiculous so I decided to try and have someone else to the work. So I go back to pick up the car and, to add insult to injury, they charged me a full hour 'diagnostic' fee ($170) for looking at the connector (I did the same in 30sec in the parking lot).
I highly recommend finding some place else to look after your vehicles. These experiences are making me seriously consider abandoning Subaru as a brand entirely. This is totally unacceptable.

Went to look for my first car and had Drew Nelson helping. Super nice and friendly guy, was transparent and worked within my budget. By far best experience I’ve had while looking for a car. Staff has high expertise and won’t push for you to buy, making what could be an overwhelming experience very enjoyable.

Decided to get my recalls on my impreza fixed. In and out in two days and was given a loaner car with no issues. Rob was easy to deal with and very friendly! Great experience.

Ever step of my first Subaru experience has been great. Rebecca Arquette was a pleasure to deal with and very well informed. I never felt any pressure, just a great journey from beginning to end. "Olive" provides a very smooth ride and makes me feel very safe. She handles beautifully and is priced competitively.

Let me preface this review by stating that I have been a happy customer for over 10 years. Thanks to prior outstanding service of my used '09 Outback our family has purchased 2 new Subarus from Gemini. We referred several friends to this dealership who have purchased their cars here. Unfortunately the past two visits have been less than stellar. Both times I have been charged for work that I requested but the work was not perfomed. Mistakes happen, and based on my previous experience I gave it a pass the first time. Unfortunately the same thing happened again making me wonder what else has been missed. I am typically a loyal client, but my trust has been broken.

It was easy to do business with Mitchell Blandford as he was friendly and personable and knowledgeable about the used cars at Gemini Motors.
I would recommend him to anyone searching for a previously owned vehicle.

We had a great experience at Gemini Motors buying our new car! Rebecca was so helpful, warm, friendly, & knowledgeable - it was wonderful working w/ her. She even gave our son some toys to keep him entertained - what a sweet touch. We're sooo happy w/ our new car & Gemini Motors - would highly recommend to anyone! :)

I personally wouldn’t go back to them for another car. The car was not serviced properly before delivery. The auto-payments were not set up even though they said they did. Messed up the front plate holes, there were four misplaced holes for the front license plate. Not a great experience.

I went dealership to get info about Subaru forester last week around 6:00pm. Sales rep came and behave racist behaviour. Rather than providing me proper information on Subaru forester gentleman like to relax on table and he show me way out within 10 minutes with quotes. He judged me that I don’t have any intention to buy Subaru based on my race. That’s totally unfair. Hopefully they gonna understand how to handle customer. Thanks to other dealership, they gave me proper info offered test drive. I bought my first Subaru. Bad luck for Gemini Subaru as they lost one customer because of racist sales rep
