My husband and I moved from Shoppers to Forest Hill Pharmacy. We have been treated with compassion and respect from all staff members. Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy staff were rude and disrespectful. Had issues constantly with refills. I also didn't like the way Shoppers treated seniors. Do yourselves a favour and switch over.Chris the pharmacist is an exceptional human being.Very kind and compassionate!!

My grandmother was going to an IDA location in Toronto for years, and the staff knew her. One of the first things I did when I moved to the KW region, was find an IDA drugstore.You'll be treated like a person, not a number, like at the big retail chain stores.

We’ve been dealing with Forest Hill Pharmacy for over 30 years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who consistently provide excellent service. Chris and his capable crew always offer a warm greeting when we come in.

Edit: after I placed a complaint to the Ontario College of Pharmacists and IDA head office, Forest Hill IDA called my doctor and stated they were concerned for my well-being and it was URGENT that my doctor contact me. They stated I had been there on Saturday August 2nd (yesterday) when I had actually been there on Wednesday (July 29th) and had the argument with them on Thursday (July 30th) This was done out of retaliation for my complaint!There is no end to the screw up at this pharmacy. I stopped going years ago because pharmacist change my prescription without understanding why I had the prescription. Since covid, this is my closest pharmacy. Yesterday they were told to fill prescription under generic brand because I have more side effects to the name brand. Just went to take my meds this morning and its name brand... when I questioned them on this, they first stated it was generic but they just put name brand on the label. Then the pharmacist argued with me that there was no difference in the meds. Please do go to this pharmacy. They are on drugs
