It is unfortunate to see how some companies ignore the constructive feedback provided by customers to improve their services. In this case, there are numerous comments about the negative attitude of the employee in charge of receiving and shipping. Her poor attitude towards visitors has been mentioned repeatedly. What are they waiting for to provide her with retraining or move her to a department where she doesn't have to interact with people?Such employees reflect poorly on the company. Could their low salary be directly responsible for their attitude?Two hours to unload a single pallet is unacceptable.

Lady at the receiving desk is rude, also the “driver assist” isn’t really much of an assist, they’ll make you unload your own trailer AND count product, that’s a no from me, hire people and get your act together.Ontop of all that, waiting nearly 2 hours just for paperwork is egregious, hard to tell if they don’t know how to do their job here or if they do it out of spite on the driver for calling out their rude behavior “you’ll get your paperwork when you get it” isn’t a professional response when I just stood infront of your window for 3 minutes before even being asked if I needed help.

We have been customer of Flanagan from past 7 years. During and after covid we experienced the worst customers and sales services. There were no responses of our telephone and email messages. However, the new sales person George and front desk girl Zehra are amazing. I started ordering products from Flanagan again as they are now matching prices with other competitors and they have much improved customer care.

If I could give a minus star rating, I would. Terrible customer service. The sales managers are lazy and provide zero customer service. You'll always be sending emails that get no reply and if you do get one, the attitude you get is awful. They are not helpful and provide no support. I am switching brands just to get away from them. I do not recommend this company.

We had our first visits with George our new sales rep . European pastries has been a customer of flanagan’ for over 30 years . George will keep us going there for the next 30…GO GEORGE !!!!!!YOU ARE A ONE OF A KIND IRREPLACEBLE WONDER OF THE UNIVERSE

Company really is bait and switch with their advertising. Constantly posting they are hiring and new driver friendly but won't hire new drivers. Saw a driver unloading at a restaurant and asked about the place, was told every work day is 13 hours , no wonder they are constantly advertising. In hindsight, their incompetence likely saved a lot of headache.

They make drivers do work in sorting boxes from skids, I mean hire some people man!!Make sure to bring jackets or you are going to freeze in there.On top of that Lady at receiving desk is rude , gives attitude like other person is not even a human!! Disrespectful, disgusting behaviour..

Arrived for my morning delivery at 645am, checked in at 7am, was informed that my appt was for 9am, got the call to back into a dock at 815am, and was unloaded promptly as soon as I backed into the dock, full load. Good place to deliver, no over night parking but there is stage parking so you can arrive early before receiving opens at 7am
