Took my 83 year old mother there this morning, which is suffering from Alzeimers disease. She was in bad need of a haircut. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the lady that took care of her. But the compassion and care that she took with my mother was unbelievable. She showed her proffesionalism beyond words. And her hair was beautiful. Thank you to this wonderful human being for treating my mom with the upmost dignity and respect. I appreciate you!

I tried shaving my head last night but my electric razor did a lousy job of it. I popped into here before work at 9am and the wonderful woman who served me did a great job fixing it.
Requested style: I asked her to give me a Frank Zappa style moustache. I'm happy with the results.

Went in with hair down to the middle of my back. Granted it was longer in the back. Wanted it cleaned up and the same length. Showed her where I wanted it. It would have brought it to just bit past my shoulders.
Left and my hair is sitting at just about an inch from below my ear. It's sitting at my jaw line. She gave me a BOB CUT. Because SHE thought it looked cute.
So not impressed at all. But what the hell can we do when they start cutting at the back and we can't see anything at all.
Granted it's hair. It will grow back.... Just really saddened that she cut like 6-8 inches off at what could have been 3 most.
Will not be back. Lesson friggen learned.

i've been through a lot of first choices and I got to say I was not rushed getting my hair coloured. The staff was excellent Ivana that did My hair, She did an awesome job. I am so picky with my hair and I was so surprised that she did so much wonders I totally recommend people going to her and I definitely will be going back to her again.

I have been here twice. The first time was great, the lady was helpful and very skilled. The second time, there was another lady who was easily irritated. She asked what cuts I want at the side and back, I said faded. She asked me if I meant "blended" or faded. I had to ask what the difference was but she raised her voice and treated me like an idiot, but of course I wouldn't know, I came here for a haircut, I am not a hairstylist so I need their expertise too. All the ladies there are extremely nice, but one bad experience of them spoilt the entire bunch. I will not be coming back here again

My initial review is being updated because I wasn't aware it'll take multiple sessions to get my hair to its natural color. I went to have it corrected but the ladies told me to wait until the roots grow significantly and the color was the closest they could get initially that when I go back it'll be colored again and a bit darker but for now because of the previous colors that I had in my hair it wouldn't quite be the same. So feeling re assured I'll change my review to a positive experience I'm glad the ladies have been extremely nice and understanding and made sure I understand the steps and what it'll take to get my hair natural again

Went in today for a haircut and beard trim. Older grey haired lady sat me down and asked me what I wanted, I said a hair cut and beard trim. She asked what clipper size for beard and I said I don't know I don't have beard clippers. She scrunch her face and I told her don't worry about the beard trim. Then I thought if they can't do a beard trim what kind of hair cut will I get.I got up and left. She never asked the other 2 girls if they would do it. I guess they can offord to turn away business. I've had my hair cut here before and had no problems getting hair cut and beard trim.Hair cutand beard trim. Three hair dressers and no one to do a beard trim. I couldn't figure out why they have three stars,.

They charged me so much and just had a worst hair cut. She used trimmer to cut my top hair and didn't even use scissors to make everything even. It's just worst.
