Been coming here since 2020 Used to be good but for the last 6 months seems like they hired new staff and their smoothies have been really water down and not thick like they used to be you expect something good when paying over 10$ customer service isn’t the same .

Love all the stories about super friendly and helpful staff. Wish I could relate.I don’t go to health food stores, but recent health issues will change this. So it is all pretty overwhelming.Wandered around for 15 minutes reading labels and no one even looked in my direction. Wish I could say they were busy with other customers, but I was the only one. I placed the items I wanted to buy back on the shelves and left.

Excellent product and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their selection of probiotics and fish oils is impressive. It's wonderful to go to a shop where the staff actually know their product. It's obvious that the owners don't skimp on training. I would especially recommend the Highland road/Kitchener store. The staff is super well informed at this location.

We’ve been coming here for several years and what I appreciate most is the staff is always there to help, and are very knowledgeable about a vast array of natural products. If they do not know they will find out, but I am very impressed by the depth and breadth of their knowledge.
