Hands down the best pharmacy around. Incredibly efficient and friendly, Moon and George are the best. After frustrating experiences at other pharmacies (irregular hours, prescriptions never being ready for pick up, etc) I appreciate their attention to service and it's so lovely to have them in the neighbourhood.

I have been going here since they opened.George, Moon, and everyone: Thank you, I've always received a warm welcome, helpful information and assistance given with compassion for my situation(s).I've moved a bunch, currently located in Waterloo, and I won't go to another pharmacy; once I had to fill my prescription in another town and it felt like cheating. lolImpeccable service, outstanding professionals. We recently switched over to this pharmacy and NO REGRETS. Not only did they take the time to understand our specific needs, but they actually found ways to save us money on regular very expensive RX that our last pharmacist never offered up. I can’t praise them enough. Thank you!!

Love, love, love this pharmacy. I have been part of their family since they opened and would not go elsewhere. Moon and George and the rest of the team are the best in the business. I love that I can call with any questions, concerns etc and say Hi it's Donna and they know who I am. I have a laundry list of medications due to my medical condition and they go out of their way to make sure that everything is smooth for me and is ready when I need it. The personalized service they offer cannot be found anywhere else - they treat you like family! Going to see them is more a social event than a errand or chore, as they know about me the person, not me a prescription, and they know about my family, pet's etc and always inquire how everyone is doing. I consider them my friends and appreciate how much they do for me. I can honestly say that I have never felt more comfortable with a pharmacy, and will always stay loyal to them. They have earned my trust and I know they will always take care of me, which is extremely important since they are dispensing medications that I need to give me some quality of life.

I have been with Fairway River Pharmacy for over 10 years, and George and Moon will always go above and beyond for everyone. They are kind and knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. I moved to Cambridge 8 yrs ago and will not change pharmacies, I will pick them up or they deliver. They offer so many services and care about their clients' well-being. I have been a customer for over 10 years. George and Moon are very easy to deal with and provide old time customer service. I have moved from the area and still use them as are such a good pharmacy. They really do provide top notch customer service and really care about the people they serve.

I used this pharmacy today for the first time after a recommendation from a friend when all other pharmacies had my childs pneumonia medication on back order and wow. I'm just in awe. After such a stressful night/day and then the added stress of now trying to locate the drugs needed, working with the front desk woman and the pharmacist was the most person centered care and help that I've ever experienced. I'm beyond grateful for the productive back and forth conversation between myself, river/fairway pharmacy and my previous home pharmacy. I'm relieved and filled with so appreciation for the work and problem solving that went Into acquiring said meds and the ease at which they worked with me to ensure we got it before closing. FAIRWAY RIVER PHARMACY I am now making you my home pharmacy and encourage others to do the same. This is a shining exampleof how medicine care and customer service go hand in hand. Thank you.

Such great customer service from all staff! Ordering things that aren’t on the shelf that I need, quick refills, and even going out of their way to call other pharmacies to make sure I get what I need for my family. The best pharmacy I’ve ever been to by far! Also, Moon is awesome! ❤️
