Great pharmacy with other shops near by, massage parlor, pizza store, dentist, hair salon and convince store. Pharmacy offers Covid shots, vaccinations, and prescriptions for minor aliments. Dr. Michael is very friendly, and has been a great support to me over the past few weeks.

I am extremely impressed by how friendly and helpful that staff at this store are. I had a pleasant experience at this pharmacy and would not hesitate to return in the future, especially because their location is so convenient.

My husband and i have been with Pharmasave on Fairway Cres basically since we moved to Kitchener. Gurnider and his staff have been so helpful for us. Sandeep is amazing. Always a smile on her face when we walk in.. The staff there is so knowledgeable.. They were all very helpful through Covid..

Gurinder is a pharmacist that takes pride in maintaining the highest standards for his customers. Additionally, we have found that he encourages a culture of treating customers as individuals with unique needs. I was struck in the beginning at how well he knew the people that walked through the door, calling them by name and spending a few minutes finding out how they were getting along that day. He encourages his customers to understand their medications and has taken extra time on more than one occasion to do so. They are not just a number, they are a part of his community and it is evident that he feels a professional responsibility of care for all of us. We trust him implicitly. In my opinion. Thankfully I can only give this pharmacy a one star rating.If I could do less I most certainly would. I took in a RX compound to be filled along with another RX on the same sheet. They told me I would receive a call within two days giving me the price of the compound. I must admit there was an error on the second RX which the pharmacist said she would contact the doctor and get it straightened out. Seven days later I contacted the pharmacy to find out if I could pick up my RX and was told they did not have the information on how to make the compound until today. (conveniently) There are apparently only two companies in Canada which has the information to make the compound. If there are only two companies why does Fairway Lackner Pharmacy / Pharmasave advertise they do compounds. The person I was speaking to was extremely rude and kept on trying to talk over me without wanting to listen to me. She asked my for my Health Card Number which I gave here seven days ago. My Health Card number is on the RX. She wrote this down herself. She said she did not have it. I asked them to deliver my paper copy of my RX so I would be able to take it to another pharmacy. They refused and said I would have to wait till tomorrow. I'm sorry buy I have a life and am not going to cancel my plans to accomodate them for their error. I finally received the paper copy back in an e mail. I certainly hope they will accept it at the other pharmacy I will be taking it too.

Very Very bad this Pharmecy, I have Trillium drug benefits plan still they charge me $ 201 for senser, paid by my father, next day with very busy schedule I drove there 9:45 am employee couldn’t refund me, next we called owner didn’t have time to refund, after a week my father walked to pharmacy, than they were asking all 2 kind receipts, we had receipt that they provide still they are asking another kind receipt, we almost drove their 4 times to get $ 201 but they said owner is not available,I called to Sandy over phone, She said we will take action on you by talking over phone,Again I visited Pharmecy on Friday, two girls made to seat there while seating there both girls was telling its your mistake, they were blaming to my father and they called police on my father..

I literally just called to ask questions about Covid testing and the girl who answered was terribly rude. Didn't let me finish my question and when I asked for assistance, she told me to just google it. I explained that I did and that's how I got their number. Then she proceeds to tell me that I need to call around. Well, I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I was doing. I was calling around to find out information. If you can't work in customer service, please quit!

For almost a decade I relied on Gurinder and his team at Pharmasave. They are extremely customer focused, responsive, knowledgeable and all-round great people. They take the time to get to know you and you're always treated with respect. If I hadn't moved, I'd still be using their services. They genuinely care about your experience, each and every time.
