This place does not provide receipts and then when the merchandise does not work they do not stand by their products! They are thieves! I paid 12 dollars yesterday for three solar lamps that did not work and they would not return my money - only offered me an exchange for the same products that do not work! What a joke! I will never make the mistake of shopping at Dollarama again!

Never enough cashiers. The queue is full with one cashier not calling backup. Or it’s lined up halfway down an aisle with two cashiers. No matter what time of day I go there is never enough cashiers, its been like that for monthssss

It's very nice place to buy house hold item and we can buy very product at very affordable rate.As well as the staff is very helping by nature.. Many times i visited for my essential things.

The store was well-maintained and tidy, but we had an unpleasant experience due to the discourteous behavior of the young woman at the counter. She didn't respond to our greetings and replied with a hostile attitude. Furthermore, when another lady at the counter bid farewell to a customer by wishing them a nice day, the young woman loudly declared that she never does such things. These incidents left my pregnant wife and me feeling unwelcome, and we have decided not to return to this store in the future

Yikes, it may have been the time I went but it was not stocked, and the children screaming and some crying, far too much noise and they needed more cashiers on... I brought my own bag, as without knowing I was charged for bags before... Merchandise wise, the items are far too expensive, nothing is a dollar, some items not labelled with prices.. pokemon cards, should not be there, if over 5 dollars. Broken things in the shelves, people disrespectful. I saw a girl get hit in the head by going into the store via the exit... where is the parent?
