“The staff at every Giant Tiger have been fantastic. Super friendly and helpful which is often hard to find in retail experiences these days. Was surprised that a discount retailer had such attentive staff. Products are what one would expect at a discount store but they have some good weekly specials.”

“Was helped by a young man who was the most helpful worker from a TJX Store that I’ve met in awhile. ⭐️He offered to carry up a bench I wanted to purchase to the front for me without asking. ⭐️He also then offered to have him called back to load in my vehicle, again without asking! He did it all with such a calm, pleasant attitude. I am very impressed by this worker! “A friend and I attended this Hudon's Bay location for the first time recently. I have shopped at Bay outlets for many years, particularly at the Waterloo location. My rating of 4 is for The Bay in general, and for the Fairview store for being clean and well organized. The escalators weren't working, which happens from time to time, but what I found odd was the overall atmosphere of the place. It was eerily quiet, and without any overhead music. We were the only two in the lower level, as far as we could tell....and all of that seems a shame, as it's the last departmental store around. We got the impression, regardless of assurances that may arise to the contrary, that this was a retail location in trouble. I sincerely hope not, and perhaps on our next visit the atmosphere in the store will be a little livelier.”
“Was here to buy some chalk for my kids at closing hours. Daniel at the sports and recreation Centre went above and beyond to assist me. He was quick, efficient and polite. I really appreciate the effort he took to keep up the standard of Canadian Tire customer service . Thank you and keep up the good work”
“I booked a transmission fluid service. They texted me and asked why I wanted this service since typically my car wouldn't need it for another 80k. I said it was because Mr. Lube recommended it and I couldn't find much info myself. I'd like to thank the people at this CT for looking out for me and saving me $100s”
“This Walmart has been my go-to grocer for years. They have some of the best deals and a massive variety of stuff. Compared to the other local Walmarts around, this one is one of the most organized in terms of shelving and overall layout. It doesn't feel overly cluttered like the Walmart in ira needles for instance. Lines aren't long and they have 2 massive self checkout areas. Customer service isn't exceptional but typically nothing too bad. Fitting rooms are often out of service and there just might be one open and the surrounding area is often messy (clothes piled in carts, and the pyjamas are all over the place) but still functional. They also have a pretty solid international food isle with a lot of asian groceries I can't find at other classic grocers. They have a big selection of ramen! Yum!!”
“This location needs a management change. The store is really a hazard to shop in. Aisles are regularly blocked, as other reviewers have noted, and the story seems so disorganized. It is far too small for the inventory they are trying to carry. Staff are helpful if you can find someone. I cannot believe that CTC corporate has not reviewed this site and required changes be made. I have never been in a store that looks so uncleand and disorganized. I'm sorry CTC, I have moved my business to the Home Hardware next door. Or, if I need a specific CTC item, I am using another CTC location either the Fairway Road store or the Waterloo (Weber St.) location. But, the Home Hardware is closer to us.

The original location on Victoria St. has been closed and they have relocated to a brand new store location in the Stanley Park Mall. New store is awesome! The new staff are super friendly and helpful Store is almost fully stocked now and I was told their grand opening starts Oct.17th. Great change from the previous location. Well done CTC!”
“Nancy was amazing! Even before I bought the Hamilton mini fridge, she helped me figure out the right size and gave excellent advice. She explained the importance of leaving space at the back to avoid overheating, especially if the legs are removed. Her expertise and friendly attitude made the process so much easier. Highly recommend her assistance!”

“"I recently visited Walmart to purchase some items, and I had a great experience. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The selection was impressive, from groceries to household goods. I was particularly pleased with the friendly staff, who were helpful and attentive. The checkout process was quick and efficient. “A lot of different stuff here. New items are brought in regularly, until they're gone, then it'll be something new the next time you go. Not everything is a good deal, but for the most part, there is something for everyone here.”
