Overall good experience in the store, as always a lot of items in the warehouse. The disappointing part - food court. Ordered poutine and left home without opening it. When I arrived and sit down to eat it, I was surprised with the amount of it - the box was only half full. Never happened to me at any other location. So check if you have the full portions of the food you order there.

I am VERY happy having the Kitchener Costco pharmacy as my pharmacy. The prices are very low and the service is the best I’ve experienced in the KW area. When I call to renew a prescription someone is there to answer the phone and contact my doctor for a refill if necessary. I have been using this pharmacy for several years even though I live several kilometres from the location.

Made an appointment for covid vaccine and was seen in order of arrival, so not sure why they offer appointment?? Very dissatisfied, had a 9 year old waiting anxiously as well as a highly anxious adult, making an appointment was necessary, too bad it didn't work out

Great service and prices, when I need a prescription I just call it in on the phone and pick it up. They also contact my physician if I need a renewal.

1.50 for a hot dog and drink. Can't beat it! For those complaining I think they have issues. You get what you get at that price

Should be reported to the board. Pharmacist was incredibly dismissive when it came to counselling. Just said to read the instructions.

Low price on dispensing fees but that's the only thing this pharmacy has going for it. I've had issues filling my prescriptions on many occasions and they've never been helpful resolving the issues. When I fill my prescriptions here I see other people arguing about issues with their mediation not being available about 25% of the time and there never seems to be any concerns from any of the employees at the pharmacy. Final straw came when my medication was not available for 2 months and I was forced to use an inferior alternative. After struggling for over a month it still "wasn't available for at least another month. Try calling us back then".When I called 2 other pharmacies they both had my medication available. I chose to transfer my scripts to the one closest to my house and I'm never going back.

Their prices are lower, often times significantly, than those of other local pharmacies. So on that front they seem unbeatable.They have many excellent people on staff – friendly and very helpful; however, it seems that they have been going down hill somewhat in this regard, otherwise I would have given them five stars.Other reviewers have complained about long wait times, but I very rarely seem to run into that issue. Most of the time when I visit them, the service is quick and the prescription turn around times are around 40 minutes. So no complaints from me in this area.

The pharmacy gets one star due to the excellent pricing.Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. I've never had a wait less than 30 minutes for a simple pickup. They have multiple checkouts, but only ever one open even though the lines warrant an extra checkout to clear the log jam.I've had mixed experiences with the front line employees. One was excellent despite the wait.One was horrible. I specifically asked for the three prescriptions and she came back with two. Said i'll have to get back in the "order" line and wait there for help.When you add in the crazy parking and having to push through the crowds in the main store, it doesn't add up to me.I'll give them another try for a few months, and see if things change.If not, I may try the delivery service, or ultimately go back to my previous supplier.Though my previous pharmacy was more expensive, for the amount of difference over a year, I'll pay it and not have the frustration or the wait coupled with feeling like i'm cattle being fed through a gate.

I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago because my family uses it so I thought it would be easier. I have coverage so the dispensing fee didn’t matter to me. Every single time I’ve gotten a refill they’ve made some kind of a mistake. I get there to pick my meds up and they’ve got the wrong one or they haven’t got it at all. A few days ago I went to pick up a refill and they had again messed up my order. To make things worse they miss labeled all my meds. I accidentally took ones at night that I take in the morning so I was up all night. I am so upset and am transferring back to rexall. I will never recommend this pharmacy. They don’t even deserve one star.

An hour and a half wait for a prescription is ridiculous. Have 3 ready to be picked up and I have to wait an hour and a half! Use to be 40 minutes. When u go to shoppers there are 2 people and it takes 15 minutes. They have 8+ people and it still takes 1.5 hours. What a joke. Gonna start taking it to the other location. Never had this problem with them!!
