Terrible customer service, managed by a Karen!I called the store to ask for a hair colour, and they had it, they put the product on hold without telling me that i have to be licensed to get the product. I drove 25 minutes and that Karen lady told me i have to be licensed with an attitude and when i told her i drove all the way here and i wish i was told on the phone.That lady with her “high IQ” and “amazing”manners said that it’s written on the door that licence it’s required, she let me go without even apologising.I mean mistakes happen, but there was 0 reason to be rude.

Great service, with Dawb and her co worker. Excellent information from her. Lots of products missing because of American borders closed and this is an American company.

My friend went in here to get some shampoo, friend is a certified lash technician with her cosmoprof card under her name. One of the two ladies that were in the store asked her multiple times if the card was actually hers or if it was someone else’s and she said multiple times yes. Friend said she was a lash technician and the younger karen of the two said that she actually can’t be in the store at all and that they only sell to hairdressers and full estheticians when that is implied nowhere and she still has her cosmoprof card?? very bad customer service, took her to the one in waterloo right after and they sold to her with no problem. Store definitely run by karen’s.

I went in for some gel.And I was told that it was in the back room and the 2 girls on the desk wouldn't go back to see if they could find it!!!They told me to come back later in the week or go to the Waterloo store!!!Really!!! Great customer service!!! Not!!!Thanks for not helping!!!!!
