“I am from Guelph and had a meeting in Kitchener. I had some time to stop by Ricki's Cleo - Sunrise Shopping Centre to buy a few things. The store was fantastic, with great deals and a very professional and wonderful staff. In particular, one of the sales associates named Iman was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted me greatly in choosing many beautiful clothes. Her professional demeanor, beautiful smile, and pleasant conversation encouraged me to buy more items. “Simply the best thrift store I've ever been to! Exceptional shoes, bags and jewellery :)Secondly, the Youth program called "In Her Shoes" was incredible and really gave me some solid work experience and helped me gain a professional network. All the staff and employment counsellors here are so great and helpful! For a very recent uni grad, this really helped me get my foot in the door. You learn about marketing, customer service, photography and are equipped with necessary financial, social and emotional skills. Would highly recommend!”

“The girl that helped me when I came to this store for the first time was so nice ! I didn’t get her name tho. I went to another store so far away in Mississauga to find a modest dress and they didn’t treat the dress with care and it was so expensive! I was going to buy it, but then it ended up getting damaged. So I found out that Paradise boutique also sells modest
dresses, and when I came there, the girl that helped me was really nice and she made sure the dress didn’t even touch the ground, and she helped me even look for one! And I bought one it was very beautiful and also a cute pink prayer mat ! Very nice experience I will for sure come back here again.”
“Happened to be a big sale on at the time I went. There was a skirt which had a discount sign on it and I happen to ask someone to check if another item was on sale...ended up checking the skirt. It was NOT on sale but they honoured the discount that was posted and removed the sign.I was amazed that they honoured the discount. Wow. That's service because it was their error but owning to it like that is not anywhere to be seen these days. Great job!”

“They are awesome the only reason it's not a 5 star is because a mug I got from them as soon as I used it for tea shattered. I know it's not the store employees fault but there is no official Spencer page to leave a review the person on the phone was super nice but without the receipt there wasn't much they could do. I enjoy shopping here Definitely recommend the place. "The mugs are for decoration not function" needs to be displayed.”

Although the store is big in size, the employees still manage to keep it clean, they always have great sales going on here and a good selection of everything.
