“It a shame your closing the store.... I have been shopping at that location for years to the point I have as much clothing as the GM... No wonder your closing though your men fashion has sucked... I stopped buying shirts from there due to the styles... You used to feature top brand shirts and you moved to granny sweaters and plaid... There are not a lot of men's or unisex clothing stores mostly likely why I may have spent thousand of dollars at your store.... If the Bootlegger brand doesn't smarten up your other locations won't see much of my business either!!”
“I am from Guelph and had a meeting in Kitchener. I had some time to stop by Ricki's Cleo - Sunrise Shopping Centre to buy a few things. The store was fantastic, with great deals and a very professional and wonderful staff. In particular, one of the sales associates named Iman was extremely helpful and friendly. She assisted me greatly in choosing many beautiful clothes. Her professional demeanor, beautiful smile, and pleasant conversation encouraged me to buy more items. Additionally, her explanations of the store's promotions were very helpful. I will definitely return to your store in Kitchener for future purchases. “Simply the best thrift store I've ever been to! Exceptional shoes, bags and jewellery :)Secondly, the Youth program called "In Her Shoes" was incredible and really gave me some solid work experience and helped me gain a professional network. All the staff and employment counsellors here are so great and helpful! For a very recent uni grad, this really helped me get my foot in the door. You learn about marketing, customer service, photography and are equipped with necessary financial, social and emotional skills. Would highly recommend!”

“I just discovered Joe Fresh while grocery shopping. I was pleasantly surprised to see the number of deals for men's smart-looking clothes. I bought cargo shorts and a button shirt, and I'm going back today to pick up more clothes. I highly recommend going to check it out!”
“They are awesome the only reason it's not a 5 star is because a mug I got from them as soon as I used it for tea shattered. I know it's not the store employees fault but there is no official Spencer page to leave a review the person on the phone was super nice but without the receipt there wasn't much they could do. I enjoy shopping here Definitely recommend the place. "The mugs are for decoration not function" needs to be displayed.”
“I’ve been to this store several times. The staff is always very attentive and helpful with finding what I need and informing me about new promotions. Although the store is big in size, the employees still manage to keep it clean, they always have great sales going on here and a good selection of everything. This Ardene is one of my favourite spots to shop.”
“Banana Republic offers what feels like a VIP shopping experience. The store is clean and well decorated, the staff are friendly and professional, and the style of clothing offered is excellent.My only complaint is the prices are often extremely high considering the quality of clothing being sold. I understand this could be considered a premium brand, but there seems to be a disconnect between quality and price. I purchased a pair of pants that I considered to be quite expensive and was disappointed by how cheap they felt before ultimately returning them.”
“Happened to be a big sale on at the time I went. There was a skirt which had a discount sign on it and I happen to ask someone to check if another item was on sale...ended up checking the skirt. It was NOT on sale but they honoured the discount that was posted and removed the sign.I was amazed that they honoured the discount. Wow. That's service because it was their error but owning to it like that is not anywhere to be seen these days. Great job!”
