24hrs ago, I prepaid at the pump for 160. It approved the transaction but took the 160 and didn't allow me to punp any gas. Attendant did nothing. I had to pump gas and pay again. 160 plus 144 and still nothing from the 160 has returned to my account. This place is a scam and is going to be investigated for scamming. Bbb is also being contacted.

Wish I could give this a zero star normally when I go in staff is extremely helpful and friendly however today when I was in buying milk there was a woman working I’ve never seen before she was restocking that cold storage. I noticed while she was restocking the ice cream that she were leaving the door open longer than necessary and I thought to myself oh hopefully that ice cream doesn’t go bad I proceed pass them to go get milk I’m looking at all the milk options I don’t see any prices other than one price for 530 for their 4 L chocolate milk I’m like oh no I want the bag milk, bag milk is usually around that price maybe they lowered their prices great (they didn’t) I grab a bag that expired on nov 1st and pay $7.20 and left, went to pour myself a glass of milk later, to find it was expired. Upon returning it I was given a hard time by this same woman, and before leaving I asked if this new bag (which had the same date as the 1st bag) was spoiled if I could have a refund, she said yes. I went home tried it and it was still spoiled. Took the open bag and the two un opened bag along with a cup. I asked for a refund and this same woman refused I poured her a cup and asked her to try it when she said no I offered it to her coworker, she even tried to tell if I didn’t like the way it taste not to buy milk and that is not her fault that I don’t like the way the milk tastes, even though I buy milk from there all the time and haven’t had an issue. It was only after another costumer stepped in did this woman give me my refund. Honestly it was a very frustrating experience because all I wanted was good milk and I had to argue for a half an hour to get a refund or get new milk because the They are not storing their milk properly. Because this is not the first time I have bought milk from this convenient store and then it was expired two months ago I had bought milk from the same convenience store it had been in the fridge for three days before it opened it at home I did not have the receipt so I could not return it but it was expired it had literal chunks in it and it’s still had two weeks to go On it’s expiry date.

Worst customer service and the staff is untrained as they are not sure what to do when asked to get lottery and they give you a different one.

Pop machines are always broken or warm or flat or flavors are mixed up. Lemonade came out green, Sprite came out orange, Mountain Dew came out some weird mix. Half the machine is warm. Sent a message to the owner and was told that he just had it all fixed but when I went in an hour later nothing had been done. They rely on the fact that there are no other nearby options.

Very disappointed. Last 2 times (6 months between) stopped by for a polar pop and the pop was flat and had no taste...like coloured water. Was hoping it was just an anomally but not twice in a row. Won't be back.

It’s Clean and staff behind the counter are friendly. I only go for gas and the occasional energy drink, but I do notice that sometimes the promotions are not updated.
