Sales people are very unprofessional. Is like they don't like their job. Also, I found the items very expensive compared to other same quality furniture stores.

I am so happy with my experience working with Sam Powers and the entire team at Casalife. Initially, Sam helped me select an item that would fit into my space and coordinate with my other furniture. She supported me (without complaining) as I changed the colour. The delivery team were also very professional. From start-to-finish, the experience was amazing. I will be back!

We bought our sofa in March 2023. We got the Design Lab Modular sectional with cuddle corner. We were told 6-8 week manufacturing time, and we were to have when we moved into our new home in May 2023, Aimee was kind, helped pick our pet-friendly fabric, helped design our module sofa, and told us it was to arrive by end of May. We had shopped around at a few stores and many had discounts, so casalife offered us 15% off so we took it.The first issue started when our couch arrive 1 month late. We had to follow up with the store at the end of May to find out its ETA as the store never reached out to us with an update. We were told it would now arrive by end of May/early June this time. The couch was delivered June 19.When the delivery team was setting up the sofa, they noticed one of the pieces was damaged and had to send it back, on my inspection, I also noticed a few of the legs were damaged. I was instructed to reach out to the store, so I emailed Aimee, which I had to do 3 times before getting update on July 21 from another person named Trina saying they’d deliver the outstanding corner and legs August 2. Trina was our point of contact from here on out.On Aug 2 I took the day off work for the delivery, to get an email from Trina 20 MIN BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME telling me they had to cancel the delivery because when they opened the plastic to inspect the corner piece, they discovered a tear in the sofa. Trina called me and proceeded to vent that it was her day off and her birthday and that she “really cared about us” to help us through this.. to me it sounded like an excuse for a mess up rather than owning up and being transparent. At this point I had the rest of my sofa for 2 months, and feathers were shedding beyond control and the sofa had begun to lose its form already, despite us constantly fluffing it so I brought this up to Trina at this time. The company required us to send multiple videos and photos to “prove” this, which we did, to eventually offer us a refund of $200…. towards our $6,000+ couch. Later that month I had to remove the slip covers to clean them, only to find that our cushions had holes in them and the feather shedding had become unmanageable. When I reached out to the company I was told “they informed us this would happen”, which they did not, or we would never have purchased this couch.The company proceeded to ghost us for another few weeks, requiring me to continue to follow up. 4 weeks later (Aug 29) we were told our missing sofa piece would be ready to SHIP around Sept 29. September 29 came and passed and I had to follow up again. We got the final piece the second week of October… this took me following up constantly, filing a complaint to the BBB, and being persistent about holding them accountable on the dates and items promised.Flash forward to Feb 2024 (we haven’t even owned the couch for a year), and the under carriage is falling off. They first blamed us, saying it was likely due to moving or vacuuming. Which we had never moved the sofa and I sweep under our sofa, I don’t push the vacuum under it. As a courtesy they offered to have someone come out… to staple it for us.After owning this for 8 months, The couch has not held up to its quality we were told. Most of the cushions have gone flat, despite them being refluffed daily, and for a home where only 2 people live and we never have visitors; it doesn’t get that much action. The flatness has actually caused the couch to be rather uncomfortable to lay on because the base frame will dig into your back. Additionally, The feather loss is out of control and we spend more time picking out feathers that are stabbing hs, and cleaning our floors and sofa than enjoying the $7000 piece of furniture.After our experience with delivery issues, customer service, lack of care, amount of times they blamed us for issues, and for the poor quality of such an expensive product, I would never recommend this store or this company to anyone.Save your mental health, save your wallet, go ANYWHERE else!!!

Delivery drivers were very nice and friendly, they went over how to attach and detach the sectional. The quality of the product was just as we trialed in store, and came with the exact fabric colour we choose at the store as well. Overall we were pleased with the service and quality of our couch.
