“This place is welcoming. People come here with broken cars and so, broken hearts. But the two ladies at the front will make their efforts to make your stay comfortable. Michelle will quickly get your information and page the crew and they will quickly take a look at your car and give you some initial ideas. I went there for an evaluation of my car which was affected by a recent flash flooding.
She was quick to arrange the rental vehicle for me (your insurance must provide for that), while the car was being inspected. So, there was no time that wasted.
I am still awaiting the evaluation; after CSN send their evaluation, the insurance company will make the decision to repair or write off.
However, as far as the body shop goes, CSN is welcoming, efficient and their office is well decorated. They have coffee and comfortable waiting area for the guests.
I shall get back to this review if my car was repaired and once it’s repaired to add my feedback on that.”

“Had an unfortunate event occur where my car window was smashed during a break-in. After calling multiple other shops with no one being able to get me in on the same day as the incident, I called Novus and spoke with Zach. Zach was a pleasure to deal with, he was extremely helpful, he was able to quote me fairly accurately within minutes of speaking with him and he ordered in the window I needed from Toronto immediately and was able to get my window repaired with zero issues. I would also like to add that the clean up job was above my expectations. I was anticipating having to get my car detailed due to the amount of glass shattered all over the interior, but when I picked up my car I could not find any residual glass left over from the incident.”

“Sadly got a good stone chip to the windshield ? GO! Glass was recommended by a friend and the rest is history. I called, I was able to go in right away. Service was excellent and the guys were awesome.
You can still see the chip, as it was fairly deep. It filled and sealed up nicely and is much smaller than the original chip.
