I booked a transmission fluid service. They texted me and asked why I wanted this service since typically my car wouldn't need it for another 80k. I said it was because Mr. Lube recommended it and I couldn't find much info myself. I'd like to thank the people at this CT for looking out for me and saving me $100s

About six weeks ago I bought a 48 inch smart TV for a lady up the street who’s never had smart tv before ,I put it on my credit card and she was gonna pay me later for it
And had someone to come and hook it and mounted on the wall for her and explain how it works , I had it all arranged for Friday morning. Thursday is The day I bought the TV and it’s also my recycling day so I put the box in the garbage, everything was all falling in the place. It was perfect. Friday came along the lady up street said that ,she had a lot of water in her basement from the rain, we had a couple days prior ,it was a big deal and she said she couldn’t afford it right now due to what was happening I said OK that’s fine. she also got Covid about four days after receiving word , whole basement was gone so they couldn’t do anything for two weeks till she was better. No problem so I brought TV Back to Canadian tire to return it ,the young girl Customer service at 8 o’clock in the morning was very polite and did her job properly, but she was confused about something and she radio to the manager For clarity, I heard the manager say we can’t return it if there’s nothing wrong with it I was little confused when I heard that, and the young lady looked at me and asked me if I would like to talk to her. I said ,I think that would be a good idea ,so the manager came up to talk to me I told her the situation and she says we can’t return it if there’s nothing wrong with it I said what does that mean and she said there has to be something wrong with it because plus we can’t resell without the box. I threw the box out and recycling well I can’t resell it without the box I said so what you’re telling me is ,I can’t bring it back in for a refund ,if there’s nothing wrong it and no box, but you’ll return it if there’s something wrong with it and she said yes, I said so. I could take this TV back to my car. Kicked the hell out of it and bring it back in and say I need a refund it’s broken and she goes well. I know that ,you’d be lying I said, but you see my point , she replied, It doesn’t matter I still can’t resell it without the box!!! so this really almost did happen I just about took the TV down and put it in her house the night before Friday just so everything was down there, but I didn’t know if I did she got Covid which she did after she got better. I would’ve brought the TV back to my place let’s just say I put it back in the box all the packaging and brought it back to Canadian tire for a refund, so they can resell it. So I said to her, so you’re going to put a TV in my house , That’s a repack that’s not a new product when it’s been in somebody else’s house whether they’re sick kids are coughing all over it kicking it around then jump back in the box long as it has all its packaging and it’s good to be resolved and it’s right on the bottom of the receipt, which I noticed ,when I got out to my car ,so how are you supposed to know ,all that ,until you Buy it and read the receipt even then you can’t return it because there’s nothing wrong with it according to this lady . now the lady in question if you have any doubt or if you think this is just made up story, I haven’t told her anything that’s happened because she has enough going on and she’s been shopping for a long time and I’ve been shopping at that Canadian tire since a long time and the battle I got into it with this lady over the situation is it worth losing a customer ?Ican’t go back I got a bad taste in my mouth shame on Canadian tire

Terrible customer service. We were there 2 hours before the store closed not even during the closing time, the lady was so rude and her expressions were like she was not interested in helping or working. We wanted to buy a bag, we opened the bag and she started complaining to us saying "No one opens a bag to see", WHAT? If I am investing my $100 Dollars I ain't giving it for the looks of that bag, I want to see and damn it's on me if I want to open a bag and check before buying, if I am paying for that bag I don't think it should be her concern. We were super careful with the bags.
If not interested in working they should seriously quit, felt so disrespected. Worst customer service experience

Went in this morning just after 9 am. I went to get a key cut, and the young girl looked like she just got out of bed and was so unapproachable! No better when I got the cash to pay, the young girl there was just as bad. I just don't get it now days, if people don't want to work customer service and have a smile on their faces, then find another job. Paying customers deserves at least a shopping experience without the bad attitude. I did speak with another girl leaving and asked her to pass along my comments to a customer service manager. I hope she did! Won't be going back here again.

Don't go for auto repair service they will ruin your car as they have done to my car. They have no knowledge about cars. Very unprofessional.
