Will never support this location again. They had a grand opening sale and were offering 30X the points for the first week. They had a fire a few days into the first week and were forced to close. I called and spoke with Virginia and asked her to set aside a set of tires and asked if they would honour the 30X the points when they reopened and she spoke with the owner and the owner agreed to honour the 30x points. Once they reopened they refused to honour the 30X the points. The manager of the location was also quite rude. A regular spender at Canadian Tire and this location will never see a penny from me again.

Advertising a grand opening sale but not honouring it absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a Canadian tire

Not that great experience with this store. Booked an auto appointment at the Victoria location, the text message told me to drive to the store then I found it moved to a new place. Also, they mentioned the tire change is about an hour, it actually took about 2 hours.

Didn't have what I wanted but website said it was in inventory. Waste of a trip.
I gave 3 stars, not 4.
New store open at Stanley Park Mall. I'll review when I visit. Not fair that these old Victoria St. reviews are still here. Should start over from scratch, IMO.

Why do cell phones not work in your store. Do you have a block on?
What if there's an emergency ?
Not cool.

I placed a same-day delivery order for my business today and was charged the total amount, including the associated delivery fees. However, I received a notification later in the day, just prior to the scheduled delivery time, informing me that the delivery had been cancelled and that I could pick up the product at the store, with a refund for the delivery charges to be processed within 7-10 business days.
Subsequently, I contacted the store to confirm that my order would be ready for pickup, only to learn that the order had been cancelled without any prior notification. As a result, I am now left without my product and out $150 for at least two weeks, pending the refund.
Regrettably, there appears to be a lack of accountability and concern among the staff, both online and in-store. While customer service is generally regarded as a priority, my experience with Canadian Tire has been profoundly disappointing. There has been no proactive communication or notifications throughout this process.

This location needs a management change. The store is really a hazard to shop in. Aisles are regularly blocked, as other reviewers have noted, and the story seems so disorganized. It is far too small for the inventory they are trying to carry. Staff are helpful if you can find someone. I cannot believe that CTC corporate has not reviewed this site and required changes be made. I have never been in a store that looks so uncleand and disorganized. I'm sorry CTC, I have moved my business to the Home Hardware next door. Or, if I need a specific CTC item, I am using another CTC location either the Fairway Road store or the Waterloo (Weber St.) location. But, the Home Hardware is closer to us.
UPDATE OCTOBER 7, 2024
The original location on Victoria St. has been closed and they have relocated to a brand new store location in the Stanley Park Mall. New store is awesome! The new staff are super friendly and helpful Store is almost fully stocked now and I was told their grand opening starts Oct.17th. Great change from the previous location. Well done CTC!

Unfortunatelythe store's phone was not working, and went direct to voice mail, so curbside was not an option for pickup. But customer service attendant was pleasant as was the gentlemen helping some customers who were a bit difficult.

I like this location. I pass by when I head home from work. The staff is friendly and they have everything in stock when I went. It's not busy and been a good experience for me all around. I will continue to shop here. I heard they are eventually going to move to Stanley Park area.

Bought gas at their gas station which seems to always have the cheapest price a litre on Victoria st after you take $0.03 off every litre when you use your RBC bank card and then you also get points when you have your CT points card set up with your bank card!!
