Was here to buy some chalk for my kids at closing hours. Daniel at the sports and recreation Centre went above and beyond to assist me. He was quick, efficient and polite. I really appreciate the effort he took to keep up the standard of Canadian Tire customer service . Thank you and keep up the good work

Don’t shop here, ALL the tools are locked up and the Manager with the key is hiding in his warehouse. Waited 30 mins with 3 other guys waiting to spend money on tools.
Whomever thinks this is how a store should run needs to reconsider the idea of customer service. If your theft rate is this bad, find a way to get your clients to swipe their credit card on the way in, like you prepay for gas.
I won’t go back.??

00 in customer Service. I talked to lady in customer Service 3 times and she kept transferring my call to Automotive Department but there is no one picking up the call. I am there watching 2 technicians but they are not picking up the call.
I don’t know you guys do believe in Customer Service or NO.

Rapid changes in a good way. Keep up the good work. Only negative thing is customer service. Seems like they are the only retailer that doesn’t care much about that. Frowning faces everywhere and I hate working here vibe.

The auto service centre is completely disorganized. I booked online for an oil change and tire repair at 1:00. When I brought my car in the woman at the service desk confirmed the two services I had booked for.
No one ever called me to tell me my service was complete. I couldn’t get anyone at the service desk to answer the phone when I tried calling in and just kept getting transferred to an extension that no one picked up. Then when I finally took it upon myself to go pick up my car they only charged me for the tire repair and didn’t even do the oil change.
How you manage to NOT complete 1 of the 2 services I specifically booked in for, I do not understand. Especially something as simple as an oil change. It’s laughable!

My grandparents visited this store today, and since they don’t speak English very well, they were a bit nervous about their visit. My grandma wanted to buy soil and was greeted by a wonderful salesperson named Lucky. He went above and beyond to help them find the right product. The whole car ride home, she couldn’t stop praising his exceptional customer service.
Lucky noticed that one of the bags was ripped, so he kindly taped it up, cleaned it so it wouldn’t dirty her clothes, and even came outside to help her load the bags into the car. I don’t usually write reviews, but after hearing how much this act of kindness made her day, I felt compelled to. Thank you, Lucky, for your generosity and care—you made her feel so valued. God bless you!?

Worst store for checking out. 6 cashiers (4 at service counter) and not one acknowledged the 8 customers trying to pay for their items. Nothing but bad experience everytime I go in. Won't go to this location again

Store itself is great and well maintained!
My rating is based on the "customer service" I received.
I was profiled as a thief and forced to leave my backpack full of groceries/goods at the front of the store where anyone could have easily grabbed it on their way out.
After checking out, I was laughed at when I asked for my bag.
This treatment is unacceptable, their staff needs training on how to treat customers.
