You have stuff on sale but when you go store to check it they everything else on display but not sale items,as well your team of employees just stand around and talk to each other,sometimes even standing infront of products your trying to look at, save yourself money close the store to all online it's same service level

I WAS CHEATED!
I ordered a Google pixel pro fold in the beginning of September as there was an offer for 500 cad gift card. Its been 2 months and the phone is still not delivered. Every time i go there, they say the phone will arrive next week but alas.
Finally last week they said i need to cancel the booking, forget the gift card offer and place a new order to get my phone.
What was the point of the gift card offer? How can they lure customers in and not keep their word. Can i move legally for this?

I would not recommend everyone in that store is confused, ask them about something then they send you to another worker, then the other worker sends you back to them. Nobody there knows what they are doing

I am absolutely disappointed at the level of customer service given at this store. I purchased a dell laptop worth more than 3700 cad for my development business and flew out of Canada for work the next day. I have always bought all my systems from best buy and I have never had any issue. When I reached my destination and I opened the device I saw a hairline crack, which could not have occurred because there was no damage to the packaging.
I immediately contacted the store, asked my dad to go in person and show the pictures that I had sent him while out of canada, the manager at store said they will make sure to do something when I get back. I informed them that I will not be back in 30 day return period, they agreed they will do something about it once I get back.
On my return I went to the store, the manager simply refused to do anything, because he was scared for his job! The system was not even starting when they tried to switch it on.
They expect me to pay for repairs of a new faulty device that does not even switch on and for which I already paid 3700 dollars !
I am attaching pictures of the hair line fracture which is definitely not caused by usage.
I have purchased at least 4 laptops and 1 iPad in past 4 years from best buy including dell and apple laptops, never had an issue, it appears that this business cares less about customer loyalty. This means that if such an expensive device stops working after 30 days then I have to pay additional money out of my pocket to get repairs done that are manufacturer’s problem. After this experience I would recommend never to buy device from them and use other businesses !!

The most idiotic staff I’ve ever seen in my life no one there in any of the departments understands anything except for the gaming section they were really helpful but the customer service were complete morons didn’t understand a thing and barley even spoke English why are you hiring people for customers service if no one can even understand them

An item was on sale, didn’t see boxes. Tracked down an employee and she said she could scan and check.
Told, Best Buy doesn’t have these, it is not a Best Buy product and we don’t sell them
I asked if the demo could be purchased and was again told, this is not a Best Buy product.
So the demo? No, we don’t sell demos and this item is not for sale at Best Buy.
Ummmm…. Yeah
