Make sure you call ahead and make sure they have what you need for your booking. They will happily book covid vaccines all day long... except they don't have any and no follow up.

Vivian is a wonderful pharmacist and we have had nothing but quick and efficient service over the years! I brought my son in to be seen for suspected pink eye and it was so smooth in terms of assessment and prescriptions. Why would anyone want to wait 3 hours in urgent care? I also want to give an honourable mention to Lily. She is wonderful at preparing our blister packs in a timely manner.

I am extremely grateful to Vivian, Frank, and the team at Belgage Pharmacy for their outstanding and compassionate customer service when I was facing a prescription crisis. My situation was super stressful...I had given a prescription to my regular pharmacy well in advance of when I intended to pick it up, however, when I arrived to do that, it wasn't there. This medication HAD to be started that same day, and again administered the next day, in preparation for cancer treatment the following day. My regular pharmacy could not explain what had happened, however, they got to work sourcing out this drug that was in very low supply in Ontario. My doctor called Belgage Pharmacy immediately upon being informed of the situation, and Belgage got right on it. After 2 hours, Belgage was able to source out the drug in Hamilton, but it still had to be delivered to my doctor in Waterloo by 4 pm, or my cancer treatment would have to be cancelled. Vivian, from Belgage, drove from Kitchener to Hamilton, and back, in hail and steady rain, delivering the drug just in time. Belgage's compassion for my situation was obvious, and Vivian was a very real part of the miracle that enabled me to have my cancer treatment as scheduled.

We have been getting our prescriptions filled here for years, the friendly staff are proactive in preparing refills and contacting us. The delivery service has been a great option when we were too busy to pick up our prescriptions. It has been very convenient to get annual flu vaccinations for the entire family.

The team at Belgage Pharmacy is very helpful with prescriptions, advice and any kind of shots (flu). They are very knowledgeable and very friendly to talk to, and the location means everything as it’s in our neighborhood. One downfall… they haven’t sold us the winning lotto ticket yet!

My husband and I have been with this pharmacy for many years. The service is amazing, always greeted with a friendly smile and hello. They don't hesitate to help you find something or answer your questions. Vaccinations are highly organized and explained to you.
