We bought a house that recently had a complete kitchen renovation completed by Aya - the kitchen is beautiful. We needed some extra shelves for some of the cupboards and had several questions about the kitchen. Lonnie Fisher, the General Manager, was amazing. He was able to provide the shelves we needed same day and was able to answer all of our questions. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. If anyone is looking for a new kitchen or bath Lonnie is your man.

Communication is not a strong skill between AYA or the contractor managing the job ! Ordering 2 upper glass doors turned out to be 1 glass and 1solid door ! Overall width of bar was almost 2” short ,so a kick board at base had to be installed because of open floor showing ob outside base.Knowing that upper cabinets had lights for lighting solid shelves we supplied and a further delay was added.Missing face boards and countertop end cap had to be ordered as countertop was 4” too long and had to be cut . Overall attention to detail and communication between those involved was lack lustre at best , but our installer did the best he could with what he had to work with . Cleaning up the entire job by AYA didn’t happen nor was there a phone call or visit by sales person on our satisfaction with the job finally being complete . This was again a learning point to look for reviews and don’t settle for less than you expect ! This job took over a year to complete mainly because communication AYA and site Forman didn’t talk to each other when they needed too ! Would not recommend AYA Kitchens !

Aya is still in the process of installing a kitchen for us. The initial install was done close to 4 months ago, we paid over $20k. We are still waiting on replacements for damaged panels that were not ordered immediately once they recognized they were damaged, for some reason. We were told they likely can grain match, they can't. The veener should cost Aya about $100 a sheet and they can't do that, online bathroom vanity companies can do this at a discount from Aya. The initial install left most drawers unable to be closed fully, almost all drawer panels were skewed in some way and many far from plumb. After multiple attempts at fixing it they still haven't been corrected and now I'm being told it's normal and the panels are expected to have an inconsistent size and shape.

A big thanks to the manager Lonnie for coming through on his word that he replaced two cabinets at no charge to me. He installed two kitchens for me and very happy with all the work. I recommend AYA on Victoria Street in Kitchener to do your kitchen or bathrooms for you.

I needed two replacement hinges from a kitchen that was installed 8 years ago. They found what I needed and had them ready for me within a week. Other places wouldn't or couldn't help.Great people. Thank you

Terrible company from design to install. The designer was rude and did not take any of our preferences into consideration (at one point even calling our requests “weird”). Their installers left piles of garbage in our house and garage. Cabinets arrived chipped and damaged, doors are missing, island is misaligned and looks cheap. Six weeks after project was supposed to be complete, we are still missing doors and have no ETA. We’ll be seeking legal action soon.

Lonnie Fisher and his team at Aya Kitchens were awesome to work with. They made our kitchen renovation easy and awesome. I had a lot of fun picking out the details with their help and the Kitchen turned out awesome. Highly Recommend Aya Kitchens and the whole team. Thanks again.

Can't say enough good things about the father/son duo that just re-did my kitchen. Punctual, professional and personable from beginning to end. They take their work and craftsmanship seriously. No shortcuts with them. Would do business with them again for sure.
