Worst service ever get there to start my insurance claim and the worker starts telling me body work was done on my financed car that was never ever done FYI the car gets babied super low km and amazing condition just got hit by a teenager then I go to check the car and pick it up cause I was told Thursday and it's still marked with red marker that's been sitting for almost 15 days they clearly don't care about the paint on the car and covered in white powder and my wheels are covered in crap looks like they took my car threw mud so I go to talk to the receptionist and some stuck up lady buds in on my convo I didn't even ask her for help I was talking to someone then proceeds to give me attitude telling me nobody called me for my car after they told me Thursday and didn't give a time at all and starts shaking her head at me that's some AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE (NOT) they love to waste people's time and be straight up rude you have my car a service is being done you shouldnt be treating a customer like that I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

At the end of the day the minor repair I needed got done and the work was good. Getting there was awful though.
I got an estimate and a date to drop off my car and when I showed up saying I had an appointment and they didn't know what I was talking about. Turns out the guy that did the estimate quit or was fired and the part was never ordered. They said they'd call me when the part came in but when I called a week later to check they said it had already come in and I could drop off my car. They give me a 3 day window for when they expect it to be done which is fine. I called day 1 of the 3 day window and they told me it was almost done but getting detailed at the end of the day. I don't remember anything about detailing but I would rather have my car back a day sooner, thankfully I rushed there before close to get it.
And then after all that I get a phone call from someone a week later asking about my experience? I was ready to be done with this car repair but now I'm also being used for analytics. Great. I won't be back.

The quality of work is supposed to be good, but they're a bunch of crooks and get away with it because they're registered with insurance companies for work.
I had taken my car in after being rear ended and they needed to replace the cracked bumper cap. We told them we needed the foam under inspected to confirm the integrity of the bumper and they refused. They also stated that they'd only paint half the bumper cap because the crack was only on one side. Who only paints HALF a bumper when it's being replaced?? I told them to give me my car back, I called insurance and had it taken to another shop that did the work properly.
Just recently a coworker of mine had an insurance repair there and they pulled the same stunt. Made them pay out of pocket for the cost of the other half of the bumper even though it was an insurance repair and the whole cover needed to be replaced.
It sounds like this shop is double dipping on work for profit, but that's speculation. Decide for yourself.
Do not take your car here, ask insurance for another option or they will likely scam you for out of pocket funds on top of the quoted insurance repairs. I'll never go back.

Before commenting I want to say that for years I always recommended Queensway to everyone because you could always rely on them... I've come to learn that's changed. My girlfriends van was hit in the front end and pinned against a snow bank. For some reason the insurance company decided to fix it and I sent it to Queensway. There were many issues with when it would be ready and we also had to bring it back due to issues with the repair. This I can forgive to a point but I just finished installing new front brakes and found the abs/traction control plug torn apart. I hadn't been able to figure out why the dash lights for abs and traction control kept coming on... these wires come with plugs and places to attach them... they weren't attached, even a lazy mechanic could have used a $0.30 zip tie...

I will have to admit that they did an excellent job with my repair -the problem was getting there. My vehicle was keyed on the passenger side from end to the other, not a complicated job just fix the scratch and re-paint. I received my vehicle back just two days short of a month. After I brought my vehicle in they called me just over a week later to update me on the progress and gave me the wrong information. Finally, when my vehicle was supposed to be ready, they called in the morning and said that the vehicle would be ready that afternoon after the final inspection, only to call me back a little while later saying that they forgot to re-paint the molding on the back tail gate - which was covered under warranty from a previous repair. Oops. They do excellent work but have a major scheduling problem. Expect your vehicle to be there for a lot longer than you anticipate. This has been my experience twice now and the first time that this happened they blamed it on wrong parts but I am wondering if that was the real case.

We had a great experience with the repair of our vehicle. From the moment we called to make the appointment to the time we picked up our car the service was excellent. The car looks great and we couldn’t be happier. Strongly recommend them!!

Poor Workmanship / Incompetent / Paint so much as had picks of dirt and runs in it.
-Missing trim (Never got replaced)
-Air conditioning wasn’t charged and who knows what else lays Beneath their shady work.
Obviously they and so many others like them are just there to cash out as the Quality Unfortunately is extremely poor !!
Sadly an extremely long and unpleasant journey to get our vehicle back filled with empty promises and tons of excuses -(Expected)

My goal was to 1) have my car repaired to the level it was before; 2) to have it done within the time stated; 3) to have the work done for the price quoted.
None of my goals were met.
When I got the estimate, the time stated was one week; when I dropped it off, the time given was 1-2 weeks; when I finally picked it up, it was nearly 3 weeks.
The price it finally cost was 60% more than estimate.
And finally, my car had to go back in as they had failed to install the noise dampening insulation in the door.
The staff were surprised and resentful about being held accountable.
I cannot suggest anyone consider Boyd/Queensway/Assured auto body for repairs.

Shop called to let me know that the first aftermarket bumper they installed didn't fit. They installed a second aftermarket bumper with poor fitment. Green body clips are visible to the naked eye, even when standing at a distance. The bumper/fender gap on the passenger side is 3x the size of the gap on the driver's side.When I raised the concern with my appraiser Jason he said "I know it's not great, this is just how the aftermarket bumpers fit and Certas Insurance doesn't want us to install OEM", he offered to escalate the issue with Certas Insurance to see if anything could be done.I was appreciative that he would go to bat for me and try to get somewhere with Certas Insurance. The following week I got a call from my insurance agent who read word for word what Jason told the adjuster "The bumper fitment was acceptable".So he told me he would go to bat, but then told Certas that the fit was fine. He basically told me what I needed to hear to leave him alone. Waste of time and breathe, will never be back to Assured again.

Got work done here with my insurance company. Original quote was $2060 and 4 days end up $3600 and 2 weeks. This was insurance Companies preferred location!! Two weeks after found out they had damaged windshield washer pump. $170 repair. Went back and happy to fi d out they would cover repair come back in two hours and pick up cheque. Two days later cheque was still not read. Had to go back three times to be told soon.
I guess they have no idea how give customers reliable and accurate information.
